1967: Dick Hutcherson wins the Dixie 500 at Atlanta for his final Cup victory. Paul Goldsmith finishes second, and LeeRoy Yarbrough is third. Hutcherson's career in NASCAR is brief but productive: In 103 starts in four seasons, he wins 14 races and 21 poles and finishes in the top five 64 times and the top 10 73 times.
