1995: Johnny Rumley wins the last of his two Nationwide Series races, beating Hermie Sadler to the checkered flag by .79 seconds in the MBNA 200 at Dover. Phil Parsons finishes third. Rumley starts 51 races from 1992 to 2000, and both of his top-fives are wins.
