1986: Ronnie Silver snares the lead from pole-sitter Jack Ingram with 11 laps remaining to win the Busch Series Mountain Dew 400 at Hickory (N.C.) Motor Speedway. Ingram, who led 188 of the 200 laps, finishes second with L.D. Ottinger third. The victory is the second and final win of Silver's eight-year career in what is now the Nationwide Series.
