DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- NASCAR has reinstated crew member Ryan Sebek upon his successful completion of NASCAR's Road to Recovery Program. Sebek had been indefinitely suspended from NASCAR April 13, 2010 for violating the sanctioning body's substance abuse policy.
