Labonte wins Sprint Fan Vote

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. -- Bobby Labonte has won the 2012 Sprint Fan Vote and is in the field for the Sprint All-Star Race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

More than 2.4 million votes were cast.

This is the ninth consecutive All-Star Race in which NASCAR fans have voted for their favorite driver. The previous winners were Ken Schrader [2004], Martin Truex Jr. [2005], Kyle Petty [2006], Kenny Wallace [2007], Kasey Kahne [2008], Joey Logano [2009], Carl Edwards [2010] and Dale Earnhardt Jr. [2011].
