Lap 200 -- CHECKERED FLAG: Brad Keselowski takes the History 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway for his first Nationwide victory of the season and second at Charlotte. Denny Hamlin finished second with Kyle Busch third.

Lap 199 -- WHITE FLAG: Brad Keselowski is one of the best at saving fuel and he has one more lap to go.

Lap 197 -- Denny Hamlin can see Brad Keselowski but he is running out of time.

Lap 195 -- Brad Keselowski maintains his lead over Denny Hamlin.

Lap 192 -- Eight to go and Denny Hamlin is 1.6 seconds behind Brad Keselowski.

Lap 190 -- This is Brad Keselowski's race to lose. Denny Hamlin passes Kyle Busch for second.

Lap 187 -- Brad Keselowski could be close on fuel if this race stays green.

Lap 183 -- Brad Keselowski has extended his lead and Denny Hamlin is closing on second-place Kyle Busch.

Lap 182 -- Cole Whitt is back on the track after his crash as T.J. Bell takes the No. 50 to the garage.

Lap 181 -- Top 10 with 19 to go: Keselowski, Ky. Busch, Hamlin, Kahne, Harvick, Sadler, Logano, Buescher, Hornish Jr., Dillon.

Lap 180 -- Just want to catch you up on points leader Ricky Stenhouse Jr. He is 27th, 21 laps down.

Lap 178 -- Denny Hamlin around Kasey Kahne for third.

Lap 174 -- Kyle Busch is putting down some of the fastest laps on the track but he just isn't closing the gap on Brad Keselowski.

Lap 170 -- Brad Keselowski with nearly a two-second lead on second-place Kyle Busch.

Lap 169 -- Despite the fresh tires Joey Logano stuck in eighth as he tries to get around Sam Hornish Jr.

Lap 167 -- These guys and gals are bringing it in these final 40 laps. Michael Annett ran out of room in the corner and brushed the wall.

Lap 165 -- Danica Patrick running 12th and on the lead lap. Austin Dillon right in front of her in 11th.

Lap 161 -- Joey Logano up to ninth after starting 15th with four new tires. Justin Allgaier is fading fast.

Lap 160 -- Kevin Harvick trying to get back up front as he passes Justin Allgaier for fifth. Elliott Sadler follows and takes sixth.

Lap 158 -- Justin Algaier, Kasey Kahne and Denny Hamlin three-wide for third.

Lap 156 -- Kyle Busch and Kasey Kahne in a great battle for second. Justin Allgaier right behind in fourth.

Lap 155 -- Brad Keselowski pulls away and leads.

Lap 154 -- GREEN FLAG: Let's try it again. Brad Keselowski gets 'em going followed by Kasey Kahne, Justin Allgaier, Kyle Busch and Denny Hamlin.

Lap 150 -- Pit road is open but the leaders all stay out.

Lap 148 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 7: On the restart, Brian Scott and Cole Whitt get together and both slam the inside wall pretty hard. Scott got loose, spun and clipped Whitt. They were both in the top 10 when the incident occurred. Jeremy Clements gets the free pass and is back on the lead lap.

Lap 147 -- GREEN FLAG: Brad Keselowski brings the field to the green followed by Kasey Kahne, Justin Allgaier, Denny Hamlin and Kyle Busch. Joey Logano is 15th.

Lap 143 -- Pit road is open. Brad Keselowski and Kasey Kahne stay out. Most of the lead-lap cars behind them come in. Chassis adjustment and fuel only for Kyle Busch. Fuel only for Kevin Harvick. Joey Logano with four tires. Denny Hamlin and Elliott Sadler also with fuel only stops.

Lap 139 -- Jason Bowles tries to drive his car to pit road but the car started leaking oil and fuel, caught fire and he parked the No. 81 at the entrance of pit road. Pit road will be closed for a little bit until they move the car and clean up the entrance.

Lap 138 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 6: Josh Richards and Jason Bowles crash hard in Turn 1. Richards got loose and spun right in front of Bowles and both have major damage. Erik Darnell gets the free pass and is back on the lead lap.

Lap 137 -- Sam Hornish Jr. had to make an unscheduled stop due to a vibration. He runs ninth.

Lap 136 -- Brad Keselowski restarted eighth and now he drives around Kasey Kahne for the lead.

Lap 135 -- Great racing up front as Brad Keselowski and his four new tires move into second. Joey Logano is third.

Lap 133 -- Kasey Kahne leads at the line but Kevin Harvick is looking to get it back.

Lap 132 -- Joey Logano checks out and leads. Kevin Harvick using his four new tires to vault to third from sixth.

Lap 131 -- GREEN FLAG: Joey Logano brings the field to the green followed by Kasey Kahne, Brian Scott, Kyle Busch and Elliott Sadler.

Lap 129 -- Pit road is open. Kasey Kahne with two tires. Brad Keselowski with four tires and an air pressure adjustment. Kevin Harvick with four tires and a wedge adjustment. Joey Logano with fuel only. Brian Scott, Kyle Busch, Elliott Sadler and Denny Hamlin all with two-tire stops.

Lap 127 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 5: Tayler Malsam spins but keeps his car off the wall bringing out the caution. Michael Annett gets the free pass and is back on the lead lap.

Lap 124 -- Let's update some notables after green-flag stops. Brian Scott is fifth, Austin Dillon is sixth, Denny Hamlin is eighth, Elliott Sadler is 10th.

Lap 122 -- Kevin Harvick has led 86 laps today.

Lap 117 -- Mike Wallace stayed out and led a few laps but Kevin Harvick is back out front and leads by more than three seconds over Brad Keselowski.

Lap 115 -- Josh Richards too fast entering and will be penalized. Kyle Fowler will also serve a pass-through for a tire getting away.

Lap 114 -- Justin Allgaier on pit road and they will make a chassis adjustment.

Lap 113 -- Four tires and an air pressure adjustment for Joey Logano. Danica Patrick with four tires and an air pressure adjustment as well.

Lap 112 -- Kasey Kahne, Kevin Harvick, Brad Keselowski and Sam Hornish Jr. on pit road. Hornish with a track bar adjustment, Harvick with a air pressure adjustment.

Lap 111 -- Austin Dillon gives up fifth to start green-flag stops. Four tires and fuel for Dillon.

Lap 107 -- Joey Logano has closed on Brad Keselowski and is challenging for second.

Lap 105 -- Kasey Kahne, running fourth, reporting it felt like he was losing power. He switched boxes and things appear OK, but we will see.

Lap 101 -- Green-flag stops should be coming up here in the next few laps.

Lap 99 -- Quick congratulations to the Class of 2012! Well done!

Lap 97 -- Coming up on halfway and Kevin Harvick leads by more than three seconds.

Lap 95 -- Elliott Sadler sitting in 11th and just unable to find the right set up to challenge for the victory.

Lap 92 -- Some great names who need a good run running sixth through 10th right now -- Brian Scott is sixth followed by Kyle Busch, Cole Whitt, James Buescher and Justin Allgaier.

Lap 90 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. is back on the track, 22 laps down.

Lap 84 -- There are 28 cars on the lead lap. Johanna Long is the first car one lap down.

Lap 80 -- Haven't mentioned Cole Whitt yet who is quietly running a great race in eighth. Also some props to Joey Coulter, currently 12th.

Lap 77 -- Kevin Harvick starting to pull away again. Some drivers who have recovered from earlier bad luck -- Sam Hornish Jr. is 13th, Danica Patrick up to 14th, Denny Hamlin has climbed to 15th and Mike Bliss is 17th.

Lap 74 -- Austin Dillon getting stronger as the race continues. Dillon has the No. 3 running fifth.

Lap 72 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. is buckling up in his car and the repairs might not take as long as expected.

Lap 70 -- Elliott Sadler is 12th and is the benefactor of Ricky Stenhouse Jr.'s problems. As they run right now, Sadler has made up about 20 points.

Lap 69 -- Kevin Harvick rockets around Kasey Kahne for hte lead. Brad Keselowski follows and is second.

Lap 68 -- Danica Patrick up to 22nd and she looks to get back into the top 10.

Lap 67 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. has taken his car to the garage. Kasey Kahne clears Kevin Harvick and keeps the lead.

Lap 66 -- GREEN FLAG: Kasey Kahne brings the field to the green followed by Kevin Harvick, Brad Keselowski, Joey Logano and Austin Dillon. Ricky Stenhouse Jr.'s transmission has just blown up and this is going to cost him bigtime.

Lap 65 -- Big problems for points leader Ricky Stenhouse Jr. who felt something hit his car and now might have transmission problems. He hits pit road and will restart at the tail end of the lead lap.

Lap 63 -- Pit road is open and the leaders stay out.

Lap 61 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 4: Travis Pastrana spins again and once again doesn't hit anything. Denny Hamlin gets the free pass and is back on the lead lap.

Lap 60 -- Kasey Kahne has a great run on the inside and edges in front of Kevin Harvick for the lead.

Lap 59 -- GREEN FLAG: Kevin Harvick gets the race back under way followed by Kasey Kahne, Joey Logano, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Brad Keselowski.

Lap 57 -- Danica Patrick will take the wave-around and get back on the lead lap. She will restart 28th. Sam Hornish Jr. and Mike Bliss also take the wave-around.

Lap 56 -- Kevin Harvick wins the race off pit road. Brian Scott has a great stop and gains six positions to fifth. Jeff Green's team rolled a tire and he will serve a penalty.

Lap 55 -- Pit road is open and all the leaders come. Ricky Stenhouse Jr. with a track bar adjustment. Kasey Kahne with four tires and no changes. Kevin Harvick with four tires and no changes.

Lap 53 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 3: Angela Cope is smoking and has some damage. Sam Hornish Jr. and Mike Bliss on pit road as the caution came out. No free pass is given.

Lap 52 -- It looks like Kevin Harvick has slowed a little after opening up a lead of more than five seconds. Danica Patrick on pit road kicking off green-flag stops. Patrick with four tires and fuel.

Lap 50 -- Kasey Kahne is consistently running the fastest laps on the track as he tries to close on the leaders.

Lap 49 -- Kasey Kahne on the move as he gets around Kyle Busch for third.

Lap 47 -- Joe Nemecheck appears to be out of power and has slowed on the track. He makes it to the garage and the race stays green.

Lap 46 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. has reeled in Kyle Busch and passes him for second.

Lap 44 -- Lap traffic is playing a major role in the top 10 right now as numerous cars are jockeying for position.

Lap 43 -- The leaders are getting all they can out of their cars before pit stops in the next 10 laps.

Lap 41 -- Morgan Shepherd takes his No. 89 to the garage. Kasey Kahne putting the heat on Joey Logano for fourth.

Lap 40 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr.'s car starting to come to him as he gets around Joey Logano for third.

Lap 36 -- Danica Patrick down to 14th as she continues to fight her tight race car. Travis Pastrana up to 30th.

Lap 34 -- Kevin Harvick out front by more than two seconds.

Lap 33 -- Mike Harmon takes his car to the garage. Kasey Kahne has jumped into the top 10.

Lap 31 -- Brad Keselowski on the inside of Ricky Stenhouse Jr. for fifth. The best racing is taking place between fourth and 13th.

Lap 29 -- The top eight have pulled away from the field. Danica Patrick is falling quick, now running 12th. Patrick's car is tight.

Lap 27 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr.'s No. 6 is way loose. He is fifth and pushing on Sam Hornish Jr. for fourth.

Lap 25 -- James Buescher on the move as he has driven into the top 10 and looking for more.

Lap 24 -- Kyle Busch up to second as the top three have pulled away from the field.

Lap 23 -- We have a new leader as Kevin Harvick is able to pass Joey Logano. Harvick is looking for his first Nationwide victory at CMS.

Lap 22 -- GREEN FLAG: Joey Logano brings the field to speed followed by Kevin Harvick, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Kyle Busch and Brad Keselowski.

Lap 17 -- Pit road is open and Denny Hamlin in 14th is the highest-running car to pit. Hamlin described his car as "pitiful" and the team changed the carburetor. He has dropped to 37th position, one-lap down.

Lap 15 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 2: Robert Richardson Jr. has his car burst into flames and into the wall after his engine gives. He brings his No. 23 to a stop on the track. Travis Pastrana gets the free pass and is back on the lead lap.

Lap 14 -- Great battle for the lead between Joey Logano, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Kevin Harvick.

Lap 13 -- Kevin Harvick into third and Kyle Busch now fourth as both pass Sam Hornish Jr.

Lap 11 -- Joey Logano pulls away again. Ricky Stenhouse follows into second. Danica Patrick falls outside the top five.

Lap 10 -- GREEN FLAG: Joey Logano brings the field to the green followed by Sam Hornish Jr., Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Danica Patrick and Kevin Harvick.

Lap 9 -- Josh Wise takes the No. 42 to the garage.

Lap 8 -- Pit road is open. No one in the top 15 hits pit road.

Lap 6 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 1: Travis Pastrana spins coming out of Turn 4 from the 32nd position bringing out the caution. No free pass is given.

Lap 5 -- Danny Efland and Kevin Lepage takes their cars to the garage. Some big names in the top 10.

Lap 4 -- Danica Patrick down to fourth as Ricky Stenhouse Jr. gets around her.

Lap 2 -- Sam Hornish Jr. gets around Danica Patrick for second. Kevin Harvick on the move as he climbs through the top 10.

Lap 1 -- Joey Logano gets a great start and leads. Danica Patrick follows into second. Austin Dillon plummets to fifth.

3:04 p.m. ET -- GREEN FLAG: Joey Logano brings the field to the green and the History 300 is under way. Logano is looking for a third consecutive Nationwide victory.

2:57 p.m. ET -- The drivers are rolling off pit road and on to a super-hot track. Temperature on track is well over 120 degrees, which means this track is going to be fast!

2:55 p.m. ET -- The cast of Pawn Stars gives the command: "Drivers, start your engines"

2:51 p.m. ET -- While we have a few minutes, let's take a minute and say THANK YOU to all of the men and women who serve our country. Your sacrifice is what allows us to live our lives the way we choose, and we truly appreciate your service. 2:46 p.m. ET -- Retired U.S. Army chaplain Archie Barringer delivers the Invocation.

2:35 p.m. ET -- Where they qualified is where they will start the race. No cars will be going to the rear.

2:05 p.m. ET -- Put your sunscreen on race fans, because it is a hot one in Charlotte. It's currently 86 degrees at Charlotte Motor Speedway under bright, sunny skies for the History 300. Joey Logano is on the pole for the 200-lap event with Austin Dillon starting second and Danica Patrick rolling off third. Travis Pastrana will have his work cut out for him in his second Nationwide event as he starts in the back of the pack. Green set for 3:30 p.m. ET.
