Head2Head: Should NASCAR get rid of the road races?

Road racing is sewn into the fabric of the sport's history. Car racers throughout time have cut their teeth on road courses throughout the nation and the world, using the track style to climb the ranks of racing into the top levels on the sport. But, in a cutting-edge sport like NASCAR, do the road courses still cut it at the Cup level? A Cup calendar once littered with them now boasts only two out of a 36-race schedule.
