Lap 250 -- CHECKERED FLAG: Joey Logano scoots away from the field on the final lap to score his first Nationwide Series victory at Bristol. Ricky Stenhouse Jr. takes second after thumping Elliott Sadler out of the way coming to the white flag.

Lap 249 -- GREEN FLAG: Joey Logano, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Kyle Busch, Elliott Sadler and Cole Whitt are the leaders on the restart. Logano clears for the lead. Stenhouse and Sadler make contact in Turn 4.

Lap 242 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 9: Trevor Bayne and Austin Dillon get together, and Kasey Kahne spins to avoid them.

Lap 235 -- GREEN FLAG: Joey, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Elliott Sadler, Kyle Busch and Kasey Kahne are the top five on the restart. Logano clears for the lead on the restart.

Lap 230 -- Kevin Harvick is on pit road, out of fuel.

Lap 228 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 8: The caution is out.

Lap 220 -- Kyle Busch tries to go three wide with Kasey Kahne and Jason Bowles for fifth place, but backs out before things get ugly.

Lap 215 -- As they catch a big pack of traffic, Joey Logano finally gets under Kevin Harvick for the top spot.

Lap 211 -- Joey Logano is able to get a fender under Kevin Harvick, but not much more than that in the turns.

Lap 207 -- No change up front. Kevin Harvick is leading, and Joey Logano is chasing him.

Lap 202 -- Kevin Harvick ... Joey Logano ... and DeLana wears the firesuit in that family. Who could ever forget the love?

Lap 200 -- Fifty laps to go. Kevin Harvick is still fending off a furious charge by Joey Logano.

Lap 194 -- Kevin Harvick has led the most laps tonight. ESPN factoid ... this would be the eighth time he's been the top lap-leader here.

Lap 190 -- Trevor Bayne and Cole Whitt make contact racing for position in the top 10.

Lap 187 -- It's still a no-go for Joey Logano as he hustles Kevin Harvick for the top spot.

Lap 184 -- Joey Logano is trying to get position under Kevin Harvick for the lead, but it isn't working ... yet.

Lap 180 -- GREEN FLAG: Kevin Harvick, Joey Logano, Elliott Sadler, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Kyle Busch are the leaders on the restart. Harvick clears for the lead.

Lap 173 -- Kyle Busch has picked his way into fifth place. Rusty Wallace said he could win, Brad Daugherty said he couldn't. Also, Danica Patrick, Trevor Bayne and Sam Hornish Jr. have pitted.

Lap 171 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 7: Benny Gordon spins off Turn 2.

Lap 170 -- Joey Logano gets under Kevin Harvick for the lead.

Lap 165 -- Joey Logano is back to within in a car length of leader Kevin Harvick.

Lap 158 -- The cars of Kevin Harvick, Joey Logano and Elliott Sadler are separated by 6/10ths of a second ... with a few lapped cars thrown in for good measure.

Lap 155 -- So far, so good for Kevin Harvick. He's been able to hold Joey Logano off as they try to negotiate lapped cars.

Lap 151 -- Joey Logano has caught Kevin Harvick. Let's see how traffic works this out!

Lap 150 -- One hundred laps to go.

Lap 147 -- Joey Logano has taken over second place.

Lap 137 -- PRN's Doug Rice says the race is "just a sconch" past halfway. A sconch, evidently, equals 12 laps!

Lap 135 -- Kevin Harvick has Richard Childress Racing teammate Elliott Sadler by a few car lengths.

Lap 131 -- Austin Dillon gives Nelson Piquet Jr. a little shove, but they're able to continue.

Lap 128 -- Nelson Piquet Jr. is running in sixth place. He won a K&N race here earlier this year.

Lap 125 -- The race has reached the halfway point.

Lap 124 -- Elliott Sadler finally gets past Joey Logano for second place. They'd been side by side since the restart.

Lap 122 -- GREEN FLAG: The leaders on the restart are Kevin Harvick and Joey Logano. Harvick grabs the lead.

Lap 115 -- The leaders are on pit road.

Lap 113 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 6: Fain Skinner spins on the backstretch.

Lap 110 -- Joey Logano is the leader, and he's already put several lapped cars between himself and Ricky Stenhouse Jr.

Lap 107 -- Joey Logano finally goes into the lead when, wait for it, lapped traffic comes into play.

Lap 105 -- Joey Logano is getting under Ricky Stenhouse Jr. in the turns, but hasn't yet been able to make the move stick.

Lap 101 -- The battle for the lead is still going strong.

Lap 97 -- Joey Logano is right on Ricky Stenhouse Jr.'s bumper for the top spot.

Lap 93 -- Joey Logano is closing fast on Ricky Stenhouse Jr.

Lap 90 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. leads Joey Logano by 1.1 seconds.

Lap 86 -- Joey Logano has taken over second place after another run-in with a lapped car. That's been quite the struggle.

Lap 82 -- Kasey Kahne has Elliott Sadler, Kevin Harvick and Joey Logano in a line right behind him.

Lap 80 -- The gap between first and second is now nearly a second.

Lap 76 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. has opened up a little bit of a gap on second-place Kasey Kahne.

Lap 71 -- The inside line is not working on restarts. Elliott Sadler has lost second place to Kasey Kahne.

Lap 69 -- GREEN FLAG: Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Elliott Sadler, Kevin Harvick, Kasey Kahne and Joey Logano are the top five. Stenhouse clears for the lead off Turn 2.

Lap 65 -- Brian Scott drives for Joe Gibbs Racing, the organization that fields Kyle Busch's Sprint Cup entries.

Lap 63 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 5: The mean ol' Bristol is back. Brian Scott crashes after getting a nudge from Kyle Busch.

Lap 61 -- Check that. Ryan Blaney just now drops out of the top five after getting passed by Joey Logano.

Lap 58 -- The top three are running nose to tail on the track. They are Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Elliott Sadler and Kevin Harvick.

Lap 56 -- Ryan Blaney is dropping back after not stopping. He's out of the top five.

Lap 54 -- GREEN FLAG: Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Ryan Blaney did not pit and are the leaders. Joey Logano, Rick Crawford and Elliott Sadler will restart third through fifth. Stenhouse is clear for the lead.

Lap 47 -- The leaders are on pit road. This will also serve as the planned competition caution. Elliott Sadler takes fuel only.

Lap 45 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 4: Jason Bowles spins on the frontstretch.

Lap 43 -- Elliott Sadler is leading a line of two or three cars single file.

Lap 40 -- GREEN FLAG: Elliott Sadler, Trevor Bayne, Austin Dillon, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Kyle Busch are the leaders. Sadler clears for the lead on the backstretch, and Stenhouse follows him into second place.

Lap 38 -- Brad Keselowski is pitting again.

Lap 36 -- Joey Logano is on pit road, with what might be a tire going down.

Lap 33 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 3: Justin Allgaier is right back into trouble after another brush with the outside retaining wall.

Lap 32 -- GREEN FLAG: Joey Logano, Trevor Bayne, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Elliott Sadler and Sam Hornish Jr. are the leaders on the restart. Logano clears for the lead off Turn 2.

Lap 30 -- Justin Allgaier is back on the track. Watch out, Austin Dillon!

Lap 28 -- Brad Keselowski will be held a lap for fueling his car before a planned competition caution.

Lap 27 -- Brad Keselowski has pitted.

Lap 25 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 2: Brad Keselowski has gotten into the wall after getting caught behind the lapped car driven by Brad Teague.

Lap 22 -- Joey Logano has taken over the lead. He's about 15 car lengths ahead of second-place Trevor Bayne.

Lap 20 -- David Starr is slow on the frontstretch, but he's able to make it to pit road without bringing out the caution.

Lap 16 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. looks to the high side of Trevor Bayne for the lead, but can't make the move stick.

Lap 11 -- GREEN FLAG: Joey Logano, Trevor Bayne, Brian Scott, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Austin Dillon are the leaders. Bayne comes out of the scramble with the lead.

Lap 9 -- Austin Dillon has a bit of damage on the right front of his car, but it doesn't appear to be anything serious. At least some of it was due to an incident the lap before with Ricky Stenhouse Jr.

Lap 7 -- Justin Allgaier is on pit road with a heavily damaged car.

Lap 5 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 1: Justin Allgaier slams the wall after contact with Austin Dillon. Allgaier came up the track right in front of points leader Elliott Sadler, who was able to avoid the scrunch-up.

Lap 3 -- Joey Logano has a couple of car lengths on Trevor Bayne already.

Lap 1 -- GREEN FLAG: The race gets under way at 8:20 p.m. ET. Joey Logano clears for the lead off Turn 4.

8:18 p.m. ET -- Jeremy Clements is on pit road with a radio problem.

8:16 p.m. ET -- Aerial shot shows that parts of pit road may still be a bit damp. Be careful!

8:12 p.m. ET -- The field has made its way onto the track for the start of the pace laps.

8:09 p.m. ET -- Pat Summitt gives the command to fire engines.

8:02 p.m. ET -- Sergeant Frances Kness from the Band of the Air Force Reserve sings the national anthem.

8:01 p.m. ET -- Mike Rife of Vansant Church of Christ in Virginia is giving the invocation.

8 p.m. ET -- 1st Lieutenant Trint R. Callison of the Tennessee Army National Guard leads the crowd in the pledge of allegiance.

7:58 p.m. ET -- If the starting time gets pushed back much longer, we're gonna need some shots of 5-Hour Energy ... ginseng tea ... something ... to stay awake for a late-night race!

7:50 p.m. ET -- Really like the tribute car that Trevor Bayne is running for Pat Summitt, but his green-and-black uniform is really going to clash with the UT orange paint scheme!

7:44 p.m. ET -- That's cool ... Brian Scott has a youngster with him at the race who he met while the child was a patient at Vanderbilt University's children's hospital.

7:36 p.m. ET -- What in the world Danica Patrick eating?!? That's a Dagwood sandwich if ever there was one!

7:34 p.m. ET -- It looks like the invocation and national anthem are being delayed. C'mon! Let's rock and roll!

7:26 p.m. ET -- ESPN analyst Rusty Wallace thinks Kyle Busch can win today, and fellow commentator Brad Daugherty doesn't think he will. Fight! Fight!

7:23 p.m. ET -- The pre-race package is slated to begin at 7:31 p.m. ET.

7:19 p.m. ET -- Drivers have been told to report to their cars for pre-race ceremonies.

7:11 p.m. ET -- Trevor Bayne, a native of nearby Knoxville, has a paint scheme in support of legendary University of Tennessee head women's basketball coach Pat Summitt.

7 p.m. ET -- ESPN's coverage of the race has started. And, yes, that's sunshine beaming through the pit studio window!

6:31 p.m. ET -- Rain, rain get out of our sight. We really want to race at Bristol tonight!

6 p.m. ET -- Trevor Bayne is on the pole for the Food City 250 after turning in a lap at 121.190 mph during qualifying. Joey Logano, Brian Scott, Austin Dillon and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. were second through fifth, while Justin Allgaier, Elliott Sadler, Brad Keselowski, Sam Hornish Jr. and Kyle Busch rounded out the top 10.

Morgan Shepherd, Stephen Leicht and Blake Koch failed to qualify for the event.

11:30 a.m. ET -- Qualifying for Friday night's Nationwide Series event is scheduled for 3:40 p.m. ET. The green flag is set to fall at 7:44 p.m. ET.
