CHECKERED FLAG: Jimmie Johnson wins his second consecutive race in the Chase. Brad Keselowski finishes second. Johnson increases his points lead to seven.

Lap 334 -- WHITE FLAG: Jimmie Johnson is pulling away from Brad Keselowski, who is trying to hold off Kyle Busch.

Lap 333 -- GREEN FLAG: Jimmie Johnson clears Brad Kesleowski from the outside lane for the lead.

Lap 332 -- Mark Martin is out of his car and OK. Denny Hamlin and Kasey Kahne make quick pit stops.

Lap 331 -- YELLOW FLAG: Mark Martin goes for a spin after contact with Carl Edwards, setting up the first attempt at a green-white-checkered finish an interesting restart between Brad Keselowski and Jimmie Johnson.

Lap 331 -- Five laps to go.

Lap 327 -- GREEN FLAG: Brad Keselowski and Jimmie Johnson are battling side-by-side on the restart. Contact was made. Keselowski clears for the lead.

Lap 325 -- Ten laps to go.

Lap 324 -- Jeff Gordon is on pit road for repairs stemming from contact with Kasey Kahne.

Lap 321 -- Kasey Kahne comes to pit road.

Lap 321 -- YELLOW FLAG: Caution is out for debris stemming from the Kahne wreck. The leaders stay out.

Lap 320 -- Kasey Kahne has a tire go down after contact with Jeff Gordon and taps the wall. So far, no caution.

Lap 319 -- Jimmie Johnson passes Kyle Busch for second.

Lap 318 -- So far, so good for Brad Keselowski. The running order remains Keselowski, Kyle Busch and Jimmie Johnson.

Lap 315 -- GREEN FLAG: Brad Keselowski takes the inside lane for the restart and clears Kyle Busch for the lead. Jimmie Johnson thinks Keselowski jumped the restart. So does Busch. Nothing from NASCAR, so Keselowski is in the free and clear.

Lap 311 -- The leaders are on pit road. Brad Keselowski takes just two tires and exits the pits in first. It was Keselowski's call; the 2 car took right-sides. The rest take four, with Kyle Busch and Jimmie Johnson second and third, respectively. Clint Bowyer got caught in traffic on pit road and lost three positions and will restart in sixth.

Lap 311 -- YELLOW FLAG: Marcos Ambrose slams into the wall.

Lap 310 -- Twenty-five laps to go. Fuel concerns have crew chiefs doing some calculating.

Lap 309 -- Brad Keselowski is up to fourth.

Lap 305 -- Jimmie Johnson is closing the gap on Kyle Busch.

Lap 299 -- The running order continues to be Kyle Busch, Jimmie Johnson, Clint Bowyer and Matt Kenseth with Brad Keselowski now fifth.

Lap 292 -- Brad Keselowski continues to tick away. He's up two more positions to sixth.

Lap 286 -- Kyle Busch has more than a half-second lead on Jimmie Johnson. Clint Bowyer is more than 1 second back.

Lap 285 -- Fifty laps to go.

Lap 282 -- Brad Keselowski is up to eighth.

Lap 280 -- GREEN FLAG: Kyle Busch emerges from the restart with the lead.

Lap 275 -- Kyle Busch gains three positions and exits the pits in the lead. Jimmie Johnson and Clint Bowyer will restart second and third. Brad Keselowski is the big loser, dropping to ninth. Matt Kenseth is up to fourth after gaining three spots on pit road and Dale Earnhardt Jr. gained five positions and will restart in fifth.

Lap 275 -- Kyle Busch has a great stop (12.3 seconds). Clint Bowyer is clocks in at 13.5 seconds. Jimmie Johnson has a 13.7-second stop; Brad Keselowski is a 13.8. That comes after Keselowski overslid his stall and had to back up to get out.

Lap 275 -- YELLOW FLAG: Caution is out for debris. Leaders will come to pit road.

Lap 273 -- Jeff Gordon pits under green. Jimmie Johnson is back in second place.

Lap 270 -- Jeff Gordon has tire going down.

Lap 260 -- Teams are thinking about the possibility of a fuel-mileage finish. Leader Brad Keselowski is conserving.

Lap 255 -- Kyle Busch continues to drop. Jimmie Johnson is third and Clint Bowyer fourth.

Lap 251 -- Jeff Gordon passes Kyle Busch for second.

Lap 247 -- Brad Keselowski passes Juan Montoya to put lapped traffic between him and the field.

Lap 244 -- Jeff Gordon passes Jimmie Johnson for third.

Lap 240 -- Jeff Gordon is trying to catch Jimmie Johnson for third.

Lap 235 -- One-hundred laps to go. Brad Keselowski goes high to take the lead from Kyle Busch. As they run, Keselowski has retaken the points lead.

Lap 231 -- Kyle Busch is complaining of a vibration under the hood.

Lap 228 -- GREEN FLAG: Kyle Busch wins the restart. Brad Keselowski retakes second from Jimmie Johnson.

Lap 225 -- The leaders come to pit road. All take four tires. Kyle Busch beats Jimmie Johnson off pit road; Brad Keselowski, who had trouble getting out his stall, drops to third. Clint Bowyer beats Jeff Gordon to move into fourth. Marcos Ambrose made up two spots and is seventh.

Lap 224 -- YELLOW FLAG: Caution is out for debris.

Lap 223 -- Brad Keselowski goes low to try to pass Kyle Busch. Busch keeps the 2 car at bay.

Lap 219 -- Kyle Busch has a piece of debris on his grille.

Lap 215 -- Kyle Busch has about a half-second lead on Brad Keselowski. Jimmie Johnson is running third, more than 2 seconds back.

Lap 210 -- Twenty-five cars are on the lead lap.

Lap 200 -- Shadows are starting to drape the track as the sun gets lower and lower, but there's still a glare coming off Turn 4. Track temperatures are expected to fall.

Lap 199 -- Kyle Busch clears Brad Keselowski, who made a bid for the lead.

Lap 194 -- Jeff Gordon is running fourth; he started 16th.

Lap 191 -- GREEN FLAG: Jimmie Johnson, Kyle Busch, Brad Keselowski, Martin Truex Jr. and Jeff Gordon are the leaders. Busch clears with the lead on the backstretch. Keselowski takes second from Johnson.

Lap 188 -- The leaders are on pit road.

Lap 186 -- YELLOW FLAG: There's debris in Turn 1.

Lap 184 -- Nope. Nothing doing. Jimmie Johnson's cushion over second-place Brad Keselowski is back up to about 8/10ths of a second.

Lap 182 -- Kyle Busch is holding fast in fourth place.

Lap 181 -- Brad Keselowski has closed to within about half a second of leader Jimmie Johnson.

Lap 178 -- Jimmie Johnson leads Brad Keselowski by 7/10ths of a second.

Lap 177 -- Jeff Gordon blows by Clint Bowyer for third place.

Lap 176 -- After the cycle of green-flag stops, the top 10 are Jimmie Johnson, Brad Keselowski, Clint Bowyer, Jeff Gordon and Kyle Busch.

Lap 174 -- Travis Kvapil moves onto pit road, handing the lead back over to Jimmie Johnson.

Lap 131 -- Kyle Busch comes out on top of the battle for fourth place.

Lap 130 -- Kyle Busch and Martin Truex Jr. are fighting hard for fourth place.

Lap 129 -- GREEN FLAG: Jimmie Johnson, Brad Keselowski, Kyle Busch, Clint Bowyer and Martin Truex Jr. bring the field to the restart. Johnson clears for the lead in Turn 2.

Lap 121 -- Matt Kenseth and Trevor Bayne are on pit road. Bobby Labonte and Juan Montoya go straight to the garage.

Lap 119 -- YELLOW FLAG: Bobby Labonte gets into the rear of Trevor Bayne on the restart, and when the field stacks up behind them, Juan Montoya hits the trioval grass.

Lap 119 -- GREEN FLAG: Brad Keselowski, Jimmie Johnson, Kyle Busch, Clint Bowyer and Ryan Newman are the leaders on the restart.

Lap 118 -- The restart has been waved off.

Lap 116 -- One to go at the stripe!

Lap 111 -- Several cars, beginning with about 10th-place Mark Martin, drop onto pit road. Takers include Dale Earnhardt Jr., Matt Kenseth, Danica Patrick and Casey Mears.

Lap 109 -- YELLOW FLAG: AJ Allmendinger crashes on the frontstretch.

Lap 107 -- Jimmie Johnson and Kyle Busch have both gotten by Ryan Newman, dropping him to fourth place.

Lap 106 -- Brad Keselowski gets under Ryan Newman for the lead on the backstretch. Bonus point!

Lap 105 -- GREEN FLAG: Ryan Newman, Brad Keselowski, Jimmie Johnson, Kyle Busch and Clint Bowyer are the leaders on the restart. Newman is clear with the lead in Turn 1, Keselowski maintains second.

Lap 103 -- One to go at the stripe.

Lap 102 -- The leaders are on pit road. Ryan Newman stayed on the track and Brad Keselowski takes no tires.

Lap 100 -- YELLOW FLAG: There's debris in the second turn. This is the first caution of the race.

Lap 99 -- Ryan Newman reports debris in Turn 2.

Lap 96 -- Juan Montoya scrapes the wall in Turn 2, but there's no caution.

Lap 95 -- Ryan Newman gives up the point to pit.

Lap 94 -- Jimmie Johnson and Denny Hamlin make their stops.

Lap 93 -- Clint Bowyers pits.

Lap 92 -- Brad Keselowski, Greg Biffle, Jamie McMurray and Kyle Busch stop.

Lap 78 -- Tony Stewart isn't having the greatest of days so far. He's in 18th place, more than 26 seconds off the pace.

Lap 75 -- Four seconds.

Lap 74 -- Aric Almirola is now shown in 11th place.

Lap 73 -- Kyle Busch has moved up to sixth place.

Lap 72 -- On the track, the gap between Jimmie Johnson and Greg Biffle is about half a straightaway.

Lap 70 -- Three-and-a-half seconds, first place to second. That is all!

Lap 68 -- Brad Keselowski gets around Martin Truex Jr. for fourth place.

Lap 66 -- There was a close call between Kyle Busch and the lapped car of Ken Schrader, but Busch was still able to take seventh place from teammate Joey Logano in virtually the same move!

Lap 65 -- Jeff Gordon has moved into the top 10, and he's going after teammate Kasey Kahne for ninth.

Lap 63 -- Pedal harder, Greg Biffle. Pedal harder!

Lap 60 -- Mark Martin moved up to sixth following that round of pit stops.

Lap 58 -- Jimmie Johnson has already moved out to a 2.6-second lead over Greg Biffle.

Lap 6 -- Jimmie Johnson has eased out to a lead of about 9/10ths of a second over second-place Kyle Busch.

Lap 4 -- Carl Edwards has taken a couple of peeks under Clint Bowyer for fifth place, but can't find enough running room to make a move.

Lap 3 -- The first five or six cars have lined up single file.

Lap 2 -- Kyle Busch clears Greg Biffle for second place in Turn 2.

Lap 1 -- GREEN FLAG: The race gets under way at 3:21 p.m. ET. Jimmie Johnson clears for the lead going into Turn 1.

3:19 p.m. ET -- Lights are off on the pace car. Going green next time by!

3:17 p.m. ET -- Pit road speed is 45 mph.

3:15 p.m. ET -- The caution car driven by Brett Bodine is beginning to roll off pit road. Let's go racin'!

3:14 p.m. ET -- The drivers are ready to participate!

3:11 p.m. ET -- After a video introduction featuring Larry Hagman, Linda Grey and Patrick Duffy, stars of the classic television show Dallas, current cast members Josh Henderson, Jordana Brewster, Jesse Metcalfe and Julie Gonzalo give the command to fire engines.

3:06 p.m. ET -- A huge B-52 out of Barksdale Air Force Base does the flyover.

2:37 p.m. ET -- OK ... never saw that before. The sandbag ballast from a parachute jumper landing at Texas hit Kevin Harvick's car on the starting grid. The car had to be taken back to the garage for repairs.

2:13 p.m. ET -- Cool feature on former New York Yankees head trainer Gene Monahan, who is now helping out in a similar role for Hendrick Motorsports' pit crews. It's cool ... even if you're a Red Sox fan!

2 p.m. ET -- ESPN's pre-race coverage has started.

7:28 a.m. ET -- Stephen Leicht, Kelly Bires and David Stremme failed to qualify for the race.

7:25 a.m. ET -- Jimmie Johnson is on the pole with a lap of 191.076 mph. Greg Biffle, Kyle Busch, Clint Bowyer and Martin Truex Jr. are second through fifth, while Joey Logano, Trevor Bayne, Brad Keselowski, Carl Edwards and Matt Kenseth round out the top 10.
