Lap 319 -- CHECKERED FLAG: Kevin Harvick takes the win as a big wreck unfolds behind him on the frontstretch. Brad Keselowski is involved, but still manages to finish sixth. Ryan Newman, Danica Patrick, Mark Martin, Kurt Busch, Paul Menard and a couple of others are involved.

Lap 318 -- GREEN FLAG: Kevin Harvick, Kyle Busch, Kasey Kahne, Denny Hamlin and Brad Keselowski are the leaders on the restart. This is the first attempt at a green-white-checkered finish. Harvick is clear in Turn 1. Danica Patrick spins into the wall in Turns 3 and 4, but there's no caution.

Lap 316 -- The restart was waved off to get cars in their proper running order.

Lap 314 -- Matt Kenseth, Aric Almirola and Jeff Burton are pitting.

Lap 313 -- Pit road will be open next time by.

6:23 p.m. ET -- The red flag has been withdrawn. The field is rolling again.

6:18 p.m. ET -- Brad Keselowski's in-car camera shows him sending a Tweet or text message.

6:17 p.m. ET -- Richard Childress says on ESPN that the concern now is that Kevin Harvick is low on fuel.

6:13 p.m. ET -- Kevin Harvick's team is arguing that he had taken the white flag when the caution came out. If that was the case, the race would be over.

Lap 312 -- RED FLAG: Cars have been stopped on the backstretch. Joey Logano is swept into the melee, while Aric Almirola spins behind to avoid it.

Lap 312 -- YELLOW FLAG: Jeff Gordon retaliates against Clint Bowyer, crashing the both of them between Turns 3 and 4. A fight breaks out in the garage between Gordon and crews from both teams. Bowyer is sprinting from pit road to Gordon's hauler!

Lap 310 -- Kevin Harvick leads Kyle Busch by about half a second.

Lap 307 -- Matt Kenseth's Ford is showing tire smoke after a three-wide move just after the restart.

Lap 305 -- Jeff Gordon brushes the wall in Turns 3 and 4, but there's no caution. Gordon's tire went down after contact with Clint Bowyer.

Lap 304 -- GREEN FLAG: Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick, Denny Hamlin, Kasey Kahne and Clint Bowyer are the top five. Harvick and Busch slug it out up front, until Harvick clears for the lead off Turn 4.

Lap 302 -- Mark Martin, Carl Edwards, Aric Almirola, Danica Patrick and Juan Montoya are pitting. Ten laps to go.

Lap 300 -- YELLOW FLAG: Sam Hornish Jr. slams into the outside retaining wall between Turns 3 and 4. This is the seventh caution of the race.

Lap 299 -- There's a lot of smoke showing from Sam Hornish Jr.'s car. It's a tire rub on the right front.

Lap 297 -- Kyle Busch's advantage is growing.

Lap 294 -- Clint Bowyer is hanging onto a solid spot in the top five.

Lap 291 -- Kyle Busch leads Kevin Harvick by 7/10ths of a second.

Lap 289 -- Brad Keselowski gets under Matt Kenseth for eighth place on the backstretch.

Lap 287 -- Twenty-five laps to go.

Lap 286 -- Kasey Kahne is going after Kevin Harvick for second place.

Lap 284 -- GREEN FLAG: Kyle Busch, Kasey Kahne, Denny Hamlin, Kevin Harvick and Jeff Gordon are the top five on the restart. Busch is clear with the lead.

Lap 280 -- YELLOW FLAG: Tony Stewart spins off Turn 2. This is the sixth caution of the race.

Lap 277 -- GREEN FLAG: Kyle Busch, Denny Hamlin, Kevin Harvick, Kasey Kahne and Jeff Gordon are the leaders on the restart. Brad Keselowski is seventh when the green is shown. Kyle Busch clears for the lead.

Lap 275 -- Jimmie Johnson is scored in 33rd place, 38 laps down.

Lap 274 -- Brad Keselowski gives up third place to pit under the caution. Several others come in as well.

Lap 272 -- YELLOW FLAG: David Ragan gets into the wall in Turn 3. This is the fifth caution of the race. Jimmie Johnson is back on the track.

Lap 271 -- Denny Hamlin trails Kyle Busch by 1.9 seconds.

Lap 269 -- Kurt Busch is currently listed in 11th place, 10.4 seconds behind his younger brother.

Lap 267 -- Jimmie Johnson remains in the garage.

Lap 264 -- Denny Hamlin's Joe Gibbs Racing crew pulled off an 11.8-second pit stop earlier in the race. That's ... well ... really fast.

Lap 262 -- Fifty laps to go.

Lap 260 -- Brad Keselowski is not pressing the issue with Denny Hamlin for second place.

Lap 258 -- The gap between first-place Kyle Busch and runnerup Denny Hamlin remains about the same.

Lap 256 -- Brad Keselowski is just a few car lengths behind second-place Denny Hamlin.

Lap 253 -- Brad Keselowski is in third, Kevin Harvick in fourth after the wild three-wide attempt a few laps ago.

Lap 251 -- The frantic racing for second has allowed Kyle Busch to open up a lead of 3.2 seconds over Denny Hamlin.

Lap 248 -- Kevin Harvick tries a banzai three-wide move under Brad Keselowski and Denny Hamlin going into Turn 3.

Lap 246 -- What's Brad Keselowski do here? Does he settle for third with Jimmie Johnson in the garage, or press the issue with Denny Hamlin?

Lap 244 -- Brad Keselowski is still working on Denny Hamlin for the runnerup position.

Lap 243 -- Brad Keselowski is right behind Denny Hamlin for second place.

Lap 241 -- GREEN FLAG: Kyle Busch, Denny Hamlin, Kevin Harvick, Brad Keselowski and Paul Menard are the leaders. Busch is clear with the lead in Turn 2.

Lap 237 -- The leaders are pitting under the caution. Brad Keselowski drops from the lead to fourth off pit road.

Lap 236 -- Jimmie Johnson is on pit road. He's going to the garage.

Lap 235 -- YELLOW FLAG: Jimmie Johnson slaps the wall off Turn 4! Wow.

Lap 234 -- Brad Keselowski is finally able to clear Kyle Busch for the lead.

Lap 232 -- Brad Keselowski's crew tells him, "Big picture, here!" He responds by saying he'll be "a good boy!"

Lap 229 -- Brad Keselowski is working Kyle Busch very, very hard for the lead. Busch isn't making it easy!

Lap 227 -- Dale Earnhardt Jr. is on pit road.

Lap 226 -- Brad Keselowski tries to get position under Kyle Busch for the lead off Turn 2, but can't make the move stick.

Lap 224 -- The margin between first and second is now down to 7/10ths of a second.

Lap 222 -- Kyle Busch's lead over Brad Keselowski is down to one second.

Lap 217 -- Brad Keselowski has cut into Kyle Busch's cushion by nearly a second.

Lap 216 -- Matt Kenseth has made it into 10th place.

Lap 214 -- Jimmie Johnson is up to sixth place.

Lap 212 -- There are 100 laps remaining.

Lap 211 -- Brad Keselowski is 2.8 seconds behind leader Kyle Busch.

Lap 209 -- Brad Keselowski gets by Ryan Newman for second place.

Lap 203 -- Ryan Newman is reporting debris on the track. That COULDN'T be because he wants a caution, could it?

Lap 202 -- Ryan Newman is now 2.1 seconds behind leader Kyle Busch. That's not bad at all, considering how much older Newman's tires are.

Lap 199 -- Brad Keselowski goes around Kevin Harvick for third place.

Lap 198 -- Kyle Busch is leading, but he says that his car is "wrecking loose."

Lap 196 -- All three Richard Childress Racing cars are in the top 10 right now. Kevin Harvick leads the way in third place.

Lap 194 -- Brad Keselowski scoots under Clint Bowyer for fourth place going into Turn 1.

Lap 192 -- Kyle Busch has one previous Sprint Cup victory here at Phoenix. It came back in April of 2006.

Lap 190 -- Kevin Harvick is about 1.5 seconds behind second-place Ryan Newman.

Lap 188 -- Kyle Busch has clear track in front of him for the time being.

Lap 185 -- Kevin Harvick is holding steady in third place.

Lap 183 -- Kyle Busch leads Ryan Newman by a little less than 8/10ths of a second.

Lap 181 -- Brad Keselowski has gone past Denny Hamlin for fifth place.

Lap 180 -- NASCAR is checking Turn 3 again for debris.

Lap 178 -- Clint Bowyer gets by Denny Hamlin for fourth place.

Lap 176 -- Move Kyle Busch to the top of the leaderboard.

Lap 174 -- GREEN FLAG: Ryan Newman, Kyle Busch, Denny Hamlin, Kevin Harvick and Aric Almirola are the leaders on the restart. There's a huge scramble back in the pace, and Jimmie Johnson is right in the thick of it!

Lap 169 -- The leaders are on pit road. Jimmie Johnson, Brad Keselowski and Paul Menard take four tires, while several others take two. Ryan Newman stays on the track.

Lap 167 -- YELLOW FLAG: There's debris in Turns 3 and 4. This is the third caution of the day.

Lap 164 -- NASCAR is checking the track in Turns 3 and 4 for debris. It appears to be clear.

Lap 163 -- Jeff Gordon is in fifth place, 7.5 seconds off the leader's pace.

Lap 161 -- Kyle Busch says that his car is performing much better than it was when he lost the lead to Denny Hamlin. He's in third place right now.

Lap 158 -- Joey Logano, who won Saturday's Nationwide Series event here at Phoenix, has picked his way up to 11th place.

Lap 156 -- Crossed flags. The race has reached the halfway point. Denny Hamlin leads Paul Menard by 1.4 seconds.

Lap 154 -- Paul Menard now trails Denny Hamlin by 1.8 seconds.

Lap 153 -- Tony Stewart is 15th in the running order.

Lap 151 -- Clint Bowyer is in 10th place.

Lap 149 -- Brad Keselowski is up to fourth place, six seconds behind leader Denny Hamlin.

Lap 148 -- Denny Hamlin leads Paul Menard by one second.

Lap 139 -- The leaders after the cycle of green-flag pit stops are Denny Hamlin, Paul Menard, Kyle Busch, Kasey Kahne and Brad Keselowski.

Lap 135 -- Jimmie Johnson stops.

Lap 134 -- Brad Keselowski stayed out long enough to lead a few laps! He's now on pit road.

Lap 133 -- Clint Bowyer is pitting.

Lap 131 -- Matt Kenseth and Ryan Newman are pitting.

Lap 130 -- Denny Hamlin gives up the lead to pit. Marcos Ambrose, Jeff Gordon, Joey Logano and Sam Hornish Jr. are also stopping.

Lap 128 -- Kasey Kahne, Kyle Busch and Tony Stewart drop onto pit road.

Lap 127 -- A.J. Allmendinger, Danica Patrick and Aric Almirola stop.

Lap 118 -- Denny Hamlin wrestles the lead away from Kyle Busch.

Lap 117 -- Denny Hamlin is right there! Paul Menard appears to be closing in as well.

Lap 115 -- Mark Martin continues to maintain a spot in the top 10.

Lap 113 -- Denny Hamlin has caught Kyle Busch!

Lap 111 -- Jeff Burton is pitting. He reported a vibration.

Lap 110 -- Kevin Harvick is in ninth place.

Lap 108 -- Kyle Busch's margin over Denny Hamlin has shrunk to 7/10ths of a second.

Lap 103 -- Brad Keselowski is now seventh to Jimmie Johnson's 13th.

Lap 101 -- Most of the debris on the front of Kyle Busch's car has been blown away.

Lap 99 -- The top five is currently Kyle Busch, Denny Hamlin, Paul Menard, Kasey Kahne and Kurt Busch.

Lap 97 -- Kyle Busch is now 2.8 seconds in front of Denny Hamlin.

Lap 95 -- Word is that Kyle Busch might try to wait on teammate Denny Hamlin, currently in second place, to help remove the trash from his car.

Lap 93 -- The piece of trash on Kyle Busch's car is fairly big.

Lap 90 -- So far, Kyle Busch isn't reporting any problems due to the debris on the nose of his car.

Lap 88 -- Kyle Busch has lost more than a second off his lead over Denny Hamlin.

Lap 85 -- Kyle Busch's car has picked up some trash on the grille.

Lap 83 -- The gap between firth and second is now up to 4.4 seconds.

Lap 80 -- Denny Hamlin and Paul Menard have gotten by Mark Martin, dropping him to fourth place.

Lap 79 -- Aric Almirola is in fifth place.

Lap 77 -- Denny Hamlin is on Mark Martin's bumper for second place. Paul Menard is right behind Hamlin in fourth place.

Lap 74 -- Kyle Busch is outta here. He's 2.7 seconds ahead of second-place Mark Martin.

Lap 71 -- Jeff Burton is in fifth place. He's had a long weekend after wrecking both his primary and then backup. When he wrecked the backup, Burton's team had to repair its original entry.

Lap 68 -- NASCAR is checking A.J. Allmendinger's car for damage. The rear bumper bar is hanging from the back of the machine.

Lap 66 -- Jimmie Johnson is right behind Brad Keselowski on the race track. Would it be something if ... no. They didn't get together last week, and they won't here, either. Probably.

Lap 64 -- Kyle Busch has already jumped out to a lead of more than 7/10ths of a second.

Lap 62 -- Mark Martin is holding on to second place.

Lap 60 -- GREEN FLAG: Mark Martin, Kyle Busch, Juan Montoya, Denny Hamlin and Jeff Burton lead the field to the restart. Busch fights hard on the outside for the lead, and clears in Turn 4.

Lap 54 -- The leaders are on pit road.

Lap 52 -- YELLOW FLAG: The race's second caution is out for David Gilliland's accident coming off Turn 4. He appears to have had a tire go down, sending him hard into the outside retaining wall.

Lap 50 -- Denny Hamlin is now just 3/10ths of a second behind Kyle Busch as they try to work through traffic.

Lap 48 -- After "winning" at Pocono earlier today in a video game, the real Michael McDowell has gone to the garage here at Phoenix!

Lap 46 -- Kyle Busch is starting to lap cars.

Lap 44 -- Paul Menard is having a good day in fifth place.

Lap 43 -- Clint Bowyer is in ninth place, 8.6 seconds behind the leader.

Lap 41 -- Brad Keselowski moves into 10th place.

Lap 40 -- Brad Keselowski is now 11th, while Jimmie Johnson runs 16th.

La 39 -- Kyle Busch is a lap or two from catching the tail-end of the field to start lapping cars.

Lap 37 -- Tony Stewart is currently shown in eighth place.

Lap 36 -- Martin Truex Jr. is officially out of the race due to an engine failure.

Lap 34 -- Kyle Busch's cushion over second-place Denny Hamlin is now up to one second.

Lap 31 -- Martin Truex Jr. is in the garage. Instead of an electrical problem, the problem appears to be an engine failure.

Lap 30 -- Jeff Gordon has moved up to sixth place.

Lap 28 -- Kyle Busch has clear sailing in front of him.

Lap 27 -- Kyle Busch now leads Denny Hamlin by about 7/10ths of a second.

Lap 25 -- Kurt Busch slips by Aric Almirola to get into the top five.

Lap 23 -- Brad Keselowski goes three wide under Juan Montoya and Marcos Ambrose going into Turn 1.

Lap 21 -- GREEN FLAG: Denny Hamlin, Kyle Busch, Kasey Kahne, Paul Menard and Aric Almirola lead the field to the restart. Busch grabs the lead, and then Kahne tries him for the lead in Turns 3 and 4.

Lap 19 -- Brad Keselowski, Joey Logano, Carl Edwards, Jimmie Johnson, Kevin Harvick, Juan Montoya, Sam Hornish Jr., Danica Patrick and Jeff Burton take the opportunity to pit under the caution.

Lap 17 -- YELLOW FLAG: The event's first caution is about for a problem in Turn 4 involving Mike Bliss.

Lap 15 -- If the race ended right now, which it's NOT going to, Jimmie Johnson and Brad Keselowski would be tied atop the point standings.

Lap 13 -- Martin Truex Jr. remains in his pit stall.

Lap 11 -- Martin Truex Jr. is on pit road.

Lap 10 -- The gap between first and second remains about the same.

Lap 8 -- Martin Truex Jr. is off the pace, evidently the victim of some sort of electrical problem.

Lap 6 -- Kasey Kahne is third, Paul Menard fourth and Aric Almirola (who got to fly in an F-16 this week!!!) is fifth.

Lap 5 -- Martin Truex Jr. continues to fall back through the field. He's in ninth place right now.

Lap 4 -- Denny Hamlin is staying with his Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Kyle Busch up front.

Lap 2 -- Martin Truex Jr. did not get a good start. He's already back to seventh place. Denny Hamlin is now second.

Lap 1 -- GREEN FLAG: The race gets under way at 3:22 p.m. ET. Kyle Busch is clear with the lead in Turn 1.

3:19 p.m. ET -- Pit road speed for Sunday's race is 45 mph.

3:16 p.m. ET -- The caution car has been given the go-ahead to begin rolling off pit road.

3:15 p.m. ET -- Pit-road official reports that Brad Keselowski needs a few extra moments to get ready to participate.

3:12 p.m. ET -- AdvoCare executives Richard Wright and Sherry Wright give the command to fire engines.

3:07 p.m. ET -- Four F-16s from the 308th Fighter Squadron "The Emerald Knights" out of Luke Air Base do the fly over. Surely one of them has an empty backseat that could be filled by ... oh, I don't know ... me.

3:05 p.m. ET -- JoJo sings the national anthem.

3:04 p.m. ET -- Jason Wyatt, lead singer of the Lost Trailers, performs "America the Beautiful."

3:03 p.m. ET -- The Luke Air Force Base Honor Guard presents the color. After that, Phoenix International Raceway Chaplain Ken Bowers gives the invocation.

2:30 p.m. ET -- Driver introductions have begun. One of the drivers being introduced is Aric Almirola, who got to fly in an F-16 this week. Oh, wait. That's already been mentioned, hasn't it?

2:17 p.m. ET -- Aric Almirola was treated to a flight in an F-16 out of Pope Air Force this week. Here's the deal. If Aric can fly, so can I! Have your people call my people, and we'll make this happen!

2:07 p.m. ET -- Breaking news! Michael McDowell has just won the Pocono 500! It took place on NASCAR The Game: Inside Line, but a win's still a win, right?

2 p.m. ET -- ESPN's pre-race coverage has started.

6:41 a.m. ET -- J.J. Yeley failed to qualify for the race.

6:40 a.m. ET -- Kyle Busch is on the pole with a lap of 138.766 mph. Martin Truex Jr., Denny Hamlin, Kasey Kahne and Aric Almirola are second through fifth, while Kurt Busch, Paul Menard, Regan Smith, Tony Stewart and Mark Martin round out the top 10.
