Kevin Harvick won his third Coors Light Pole Award this season and as a result got his choice of pit stalls for Sunday's Quicken Loans 400 at Michigan International Speedway (1 p.m. ET, TNT).
Harvick chose the stall closest to the pit road exit. The Stewart-Haas Racing driver already has two wins this season and has career win at Michigan.
Harvick is not the only driver with an opening in front of him. Hendrick Motorsports teammates Jeff Gordon and Dale Earnhardt Jr. also have that advantage as well. Gordon and Dale Jr. will start second and third, respectively.
Paul Menard, who qualified fifth, chose the stall closest to the entrance of pit road.
