Patrick stays country in prime time on Christmas special

After hosting the American Country Awards on FOX Tuesday night, Danica Patrick continues to take NASCAR prime time, Wednesday at 10 p.m. ET and PT/9 p.m. CT NBC.

Patrick will make an appearance on "Kelly Clarkson’s Cautionary Christmas Music Tale," starring the Grammy Award winner who has sold over 20 million albums worldwide with 10 singles in the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart. Stay tuned to see whether Danica joins her host in Christmas classics off of Clarkson’s just-released "Wrapped in Red" album.

The Stewart-Haas Racing NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver is in good company with "Tonight Show" host Jay Leno, "Today Show" host Matt Lauer, "Project Runway" host Heidi Klum and actors Robin Williams, Whoopi Goldberg, William Shatner and Ken Jeong.

Her ACA hosting duties will help Patrick connect with country music superstars Blake Shelton, Trisha Yearwood and Reba, the stepmother of Clarkson’s husband, Brandon Blackstock. Reba is no stranger to racers as her son, Shelby Blackstock, has competed Roush Performance on the GRAND-AM Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge circuit.
