Dierks Bentley to play post-race concert at Bristol
Concert scheduled after Camping World Truck Series race on August 20

Bristol Motor Speedway is adding some country music to its Wednesday, August 20 lineup. Following the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series' UNOH 200 presented by ZLOOP (8 p.m. ET, FOX Sports 1), country star Dierks Bentley will perform a full-length concert at the track.

In addition to Truck Series race, the combined NASCAR Whelen Modified and Whelen Southern Modified tours will run the Bush's Beans 150 earlier in the evening on the .533-mile track.

Bentley is currently on the road headlining his 2014 Riser Tour. He released Riser earlier this year and it features the hit songs "I Hold On" and "Drunk on a Plane."

"Racing fans are some of the best and loudest fans anywhere," Bentley said in a release. "We've been out all summer on the Riser Tour having the time of our lives, so getting to swing by Bristol to hang with all the race fans is an added bonus."

The country star is no stranger to NASCAR. He was at the 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Awards Banquet in Las Vegas, where he performed and introduced Dale Earnhardt Jr.

He also performed a pre-race concert before the 2013 Sprint Cup season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Bentley is a big NASCAR fan and counts Sprint Cup Series drivers Kevin Harvick and Kasey Kahne among his friends in the sport.

In a pre-race press conference, Bentley discussed how he got hooked on NASCAR.

"I think the more you follow NASCAR, the more you get into it, the more you just kind of root for a great race. ... When you first get into the sport, you have one (driver) that kind of brings you in. Now, a lot of guys out there I am pulling for. "

Bentley also said then that "somewhere down the road", he'd love to get in a stock car.

The Bristol Motor Speedway action kicks off August 20 and continues on with the Nationwide Series Food City 300 (August 22, 7:30 p.m. ET, ESPN) and the Sprint Cup Series Irwin Tools Night Race (August 23, 7:30 p.m. ET, ABC).
