With a win like that, Jeb Burton should expect to receive a standing inviation to all future Arizona Diamondbacks games.
The Camping World Truck Series rookie of the year candidate threw out the ceremonial first pitch ahead of a wild extra-inning, walk-off victory for the D-backs, who took down the division rival San Diego Padres 10-9 on Tuesday night. It was second baseman Aaron Hill's single to left-field that drove in Adam Eaton for the winning-run, but Burton may have been the good luck charm at Chase Field in Phoenix, Ariz..
In addition to the first pitch, Burton also led the seventh-inning stretch, waved the checkered flag for the Legends Race in the fifth inning and showed off his arm in a sixth-inning t-shirt toss atop the D-backs dugout.

“We are thrilled that the D-backs have invited Jeb to throw out the first pitch,” Phoenix International Raceway president Bryan R. Sperber said via a press release. “This will be an opportunity for D-backs fans to meet one of NASCAR’s promising young stars.”
Sitting in third place in the Truck Series standings, Burton will make his Truck Series debut at Phoenix International Raceway on Friday, Nov. 8 in the Lucas Oil 150. This weekend, he'll head to The Great White North for the Chevrolet Silverado 250 at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park to look for his first win since landing in Victory Lane at Texas Motor Speedway in June.

Burton's uncle, Sprint Cup Series mainstay Jeff Burton, made sure to get in a little good, old-fashioned ribbing ahead of the ceremonial first pitch.
