Fans can choose Ryan Newman's Dover paint scheme
Three looks have been selected from a pool of nearly 1,000 designs

Fans will have a chance to choose the paint scheme on Ryan Newman's No. 31 Chevrolet for the Sprint Cup Series' second 2014 stop at Dover International Speedway for the AAA 400 on Sept. 28 (2 p.m. ET, ESPN).

Through Quicken Loans' "Paint Your Way to Dover" contest, fans can vote on which of the three potential paint schemes they like the best. The three looks were chosen from a pool of nearly 1,000 designs submitted.

The entrant whose design receives the most votes will win a trip to Dover for the race. If Newman wins the race, the grand prize winner also receives a prize of one year's worth of mortgage payments.

In addition, as part of the contest, Quicken Loans in partnering with three charities: Autism Speaks, Folds of Honor and the Childress Institute for Pediatric Trauma. In addition to selecting their favorite paint scheme, fans can also select one of the three charities. The nonprofit charity with the highest vote count will receive a $10,000 donation from Quicken Loans and the remaining charities will each receive $2,500.

Fans can cast their vote at QLRacing.com and allowed one vote each day. Voting ends on August 24, 2014 with the winning design and charity announced on August 25, 2014.
