Driver receives an outpouring of support from NASCAR family
NASCAR Nation was dealt a shocking blow on Tuesday morning when Roush Fenway Racing driver and former Daytona 500 champion Trevor Bayne announced that he had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
The 22-year-old Bayne is not currently experiencing symptoms and hopes that the disease will not impact his career. He received an outpouring of support from drivers, teams, tracks and fans via social media.
