Logano practices with MLS team, scores goal
Team Penske star shows off form on the pitch

Clearly, Joey Logano caught World Cup fever this summer and the only prescription was more cowbell getting out onto the pitch and giving "The Beautiful Game" a go.

As part of the Kansas Speedway Victory Tour, the Team Penske driver got out to the MLS team Sporting K.C.'s training facility to pal around with some of the Eastern Conference leader's players and participate in a practice with the team.

Logano, a two-time Sprint Cup Series winner in 2014, kicked the ball around with Kansas City forward Soony Saad, who Logano shares a number, 22, with.

And while you might think that Logano's wiry frame and height could give him an advantage in net, he actually seems to have more of a future as a striker -- just look at that form!
