What if I'm unable to play/listen to audio/video content?

Audio/Video checklist:

  • First, check your computer volume is at a level you can hear it.
  • Second, check to see if you have the correct system requirements that allow you to listen to audio/video. You must have Windows Media Player 9 or higher to hear or see audio. To ensure Windows Media Player is installed in your PC/MAC. Click here to download Windows Media Player if you do not see it installed on your computer.

To check if you have Windows Media Player 9, do the following steps:

  • Click on Start at the left bottom of your desktop screen.
  • Go to Settings
  • Go to Control Panel
  • Double click on Add/Remove
  • Scroll down the page to check on whether you have Windows Media Player.
  • To view audio/video, you must have Windows Media Player Series 9 or above.

What if I do not have Windows Media Player 9 Series or above?
How do I download Windows Media Player to access video and audio content?

  • Go to Microsoft.com. Then select downloads on the left side of the screen.
  • Select what version of Windows Media Player you want. (We recommend WMP 9 or higher).
  • This should take you to the download page, click download now.
  • This should download the Windows Media Player and enable you to access video/audio content.
