What if I'm unable to play/listen to audio/video content?
Audio/Video checklist:
First, check your computer volume is at a level you can hear it.
Second, check to see if you have the correct system requirements that allow you to listen to audio/video. You must have Windows Media Player 9 or higher to hear or see audio. To ensure Windows Media Player is installed in your PC/MAC. Click here to download Windows Media Player if you do not see it installed on your computer.
To check if you have Windows Media Player 9, do the following steps:
Click on Start at the left bottom of your desktop screen.
Go to Settings
Go to Control Panel
Double click on Add/Remove
Scroll down the page to check on whether you have Windows Media Player.
To view audio/video, you must have Windows Media Player Series 9 or above.
What if I do not have Windows Media Player 9 Series or above? How do I download Windows Media Player to access video and audio content?
Go to Microsoft.com. Then select downloads on the left side of the screen.
Select what version of Windows Media Player you want. (We recommend WMP 9 or higher).
This should take you to the download page, click download now.
This should download the Windows Media Player and enable you to access video/audio content.
