Membership/Billing Inquiries/Change Membership

How do I edit/change/update my credit card information?

  • Go to account login page:
  • After logging in, on My Account Overview page, click Billing Info at the top of page.
  • On the Billing Info page click Edit next to Billing Information at top of page.
  • Enter updates to billing information and click Update

Can I make a purchase with a debit card?

Yes, provided it has the American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover logo on the card.

How do I change my membership?

  • Login to your account
  • From My Account Overview page, click on Manage My TrackPass at the top of page.
  • Choose which subscription you would like to change to - click Change Membership.
  • You will receive a receipt page and confirmation email to confirm the changes.

What subscriptions can I change to?

You can choose to change your subscription to TrackPass Scanner, PitCommand, or RaceView. You can also change the billing cycle you'd like within your current product.

When will the new subscription become effective and when will I be billed?

If you change from TrackPass Scanner to TrackPass PitCommand, from TrackPass Scanner to TrackPass RaceView, or from TrackPass PitCommand to TrackPass RaceView, you will be upgraded immediately. You will receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription and will be billed at the new subscription's price.

If you change your subscription from TrackPass PitCommand to TrackPass Scanner your subscription will change at the end of your current billing cycle. You will be billed for your new subscription at the end of your old subscription's billing cycle.

If you change your subscription from TrackPass RaceView to TrackPass PitCommand or from TrackPass RaceView to TrackPass Scanner, you can choose whether to change immediately and receive a refund or change at the end your current billing cycle. You will be billed for your new subscription on the same date to choose to change.

If you change billing cycles ONLY (Ex: from TrackPass Scanner Monthly to TrackPass Scanner Annual) your new subscription will start at the end of your original subscription's billing cycle and you will be billed at that time.

When will I be billed for the new subscription?

You will be billed when your new subscription becomes effective. If you change immediately, you will be refunded for the unused portion of your subscription and billed for the new subscription immediately. If your subscription changes at the end the billing cycle, you will be billed and your subscription will become effective on that same date.
