Nextel® TrackPass® Trial Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing to subscribe to the Nextel® TrackPass® Service (the "Service"). The first fourteen (14) calendar days of your subscription are a Free Trial Period to use the Service (the "Free Trial"). The Free Trial is offered to first-time users only. If you have subscribed to the Service previously, you are not eligible for the Free Trial.

Your subscription to the Service begins at registration and continues until cancelled in accordance with the Subscriber Agreement. TSI will not charge you for use of the Service during the Free Trial. Your subscription to the Service authorizes us to charge you automatically for your participation in the Service unless you choose to cancel your subscription within 14 days from the Free Trial Period.

If you do not cancel your subscription within the 14-day Free Trial Period, you automatically will be charged, on a recurring basis, the applicable subscription fee for the service you selected when you registered. Please note that you may cancel your subscription at any time but all fees are non-refundable.*

By subscribing to the Service you understand and agree that your use of the Service will be governed by the TrackPass Subscriber Service Agreement and the Turner Sports Interactive/NASCAR.COM Website Terms of Use at all times. The personal information you provide about you will be governed by the NASCAR.COM Privacy Policy.*
