Using TrackPass Features
General Usage
- You may access your TrackPass service from multiple computers.
- If you sign up at work, you can also log on at home. You will have access to the same products and services by using your account username and password.
- RoadRunner users without PitCommand can only use TrackPass through their RoadRunner account.
- Do not share your username and password with others.
- As per your Terms of Use you have agreed that you will not share this information with others. Each user must have a subscription of their own.
PitCommand
- Enhanced real-time data and graphics. Follow cars around the track with GPS telemetry which monitors cars' speed, RPM, throttle and brake data. Available for Nextel Cup races and qualifying only.
- Please click here and then click on "Launch Demo" for a product demonstration.
- When you launch PitCommand, you will see a popup window asking if you want to trust the signed applet distributed by Turner Sports Interactive. Click Always. This allows the PitCommand applet to connect back and access its data source. If you do not click always for this applet, the product will not function correctly.
- If you are having problems using PitCommand, please refer to the Troubleshooting section.
Live Leaderboard
- The browser or the RealPlayer crash when Live Leaderboard is loaded.
- First, make sure you have the latest version of Java installed (Click here to download). If the browser is crashing or causing a blue screen when the applet is loaded, please click here to go through Java's troubleshooting guide.
(Problems with the latest version of Java 2D Technology can be addressed here:
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.1/relnotes.html under Java 2D Technology. There is nothing in the PitCommand applet that should be able to force a crash or blue screen.)
- Watching Live Leaderboard and PitCommand at the same time
- At this time you are not able to watch both applications at the same time because it is not possible to have two RealPlayer's running simultaneously.
- Data not showing in the player for Live Leaderboard
- If there is supposed to be an event at the time you are logged into Live Leaderboard please first try to close the browser and restart it.
Audio
- Race Coverage for Nextel Cup and Busch races
- Broadcast audio
- Scan feed of the whole field

Kevin Harvick |

Jimmie Johnson |
| Michael Waltrip |
Dale Jarrett |

| * featured drivers are subject to change |
- You may only listen to one of these dedicated audio feeds at a time. If you want to hear the entire field, use the Scan option.
- Note: Audio from the cars of Tony Stewart and Bobby Labonte is currently unavailable due to restrictions made by Joe Gibbs Racing.
- The In-car audio feeds can be accessed in the top section of your RealPlayer by clicking on Audio.
- If you wish to change from one feed to another, simply click on the desired option.
- If you have difficulty with the audio functions of TrackPass, please check the Troubleshooting section or get assistance from Customer Service.
Video
