Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series drivers Kyle Larson, Erik Jones, Brad Keselowski and Ryan Newman are scheduled to participate in a Goodyear tire test Tuesday at Darlington Raceway.

According to track officials, two sections of the Colvin Grandstands, located on the backstretch, will be open to the general public. Fans are asked to enter through Gate 3 off Highway 151 to access the grandstands.

The test is a single-day event to verify this year’s choice of tire for the upcoming Bojangles’ Southern 500 scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 3 (6 p.m. ET, NBCSN, MRN, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio).

Larson (Chip Ganassi Racing) and Keselowski (Team Penske) each have two victories this season while Newman (Richard Childress Racing) has one win. Jones (Furniture Row Racing), competing for Sunoco Rookie of the Year honors, is winless but has five top-10 finishes and is 17th in points after Sunday’s Overton’s 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

“This is a great opportunity for fans to watch some of the top Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series drivers get track time at Darlington Raceway before the Bojangles’ Southern 500,” track president Kerry Tharp said. “Fans are invited to come out that day and even visit the ticket office to take advantage of great offers we have for tickets to our Bojangles’ Southern 500 and Sports Clips Haircuts VFW 200 events.”
