Ricky Stenhouse Jr. won the Coors Light Pole Award for the Top Gear 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway with a lap of 28.878 seconds (186.994 mph) in qualifying Saturday morning.

Stenhouse, coming off his first career victory last week at Iowa, scored his second pole of the season and third on his Nationwide Series career. He has started in the top 10 in 10 races this season.

Kevin Harvick will start on the outside of the front row with a time of 28.901 seconds. He was the only other driver to top 186 mph (186.845).

Matt Kenseth will start third in his first Nationwide race of the season. Kenseth, a two-time series winner at Charlotte, is filling in for Trevor Bayne in Roush Fenway Racing's No. 16 Ford.

Kyle Busch, one win shy of Mark Martin's all-time wins mark in the series, will start fourth. Six of Busch's 48 career victories have come at Charlotte, including four in the past six races.

Kimi Raikkonen qualified the No. 87 Toyota in 22nd position (29.896 seconds, 180.626 mph) as he makes his Nationwide debut.
