Kevin Harvick Inc. drivers swept the first two rows, marking the first time a team will start 1-2-3-4 in series history. The only other time KHI swept the front row was Talladega in April 2011 (1. Elliott Sadler; 2. Clint Bowyer).

Tony Stewart will start on the outside of the front row. Stewart is a six-time winner at Daytona, with four of those coming in KHI equipment, including the past two season openers.

Sadler, KHI's full-time driver who is second in points, will roll off third and Bowyer will start fourth. Sadler and Bowyer will involved in a practice crash, but it hasn't affected thier speeds.
