Voting has begun for the Most Popular Driver of the Year award in the Nationwide Series. Fans are encouraged to vote for their favorite driver from the series once per day until voting ends on Nov. 17.
To be eligible to receive votes, drivers must have selected the Nationwide Series to receive 2011 driver championship points. Additionally, drivers must have attempted at least half of each series' races this season.
This year's most popular driver for the Nationwide Series will be announced at the combined awards banquet for the Nationwide and Camping World Truck series banquet in South Florida at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel on Nov. 21, following Ford Championship Weekend at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
