2001: Brian Vickers, one month past his 18th birthday, finishes second in his final start in the Hooters Pro Cup Series. Vickers finishes .488 seconds behind Bobby Gill in the Alan Kulwicki Memorial 300 at USA International Speedway, a three-quarter-mile oval in Lakeland, Fla. Vickers finishes second in the point standings. In 44 Pro Cup starts during three seasons, Vickers wins four races and finishes in the top 10 29 times.
