When did nascar and michigan become canadian??There anthem before ours is a slap in the face in my opinion..Bad move nascar get with it.This isn't cascar....

Thats the way that its supposed to be done. Our anthem goes after the anthem of the other countries. If it was the other way around, then it would be disrespectful.

It's normally respectful to play the 'visiting' teams anthem before a sporting event.

Ever go to a Canadian short track near the border? We play the American anthem first before our own, as a thank-you to any one joining us from south of the border.

Far from a slap in the face, it's just a custom NASCAR is observing.

I agree. It's like Me being American Making a phone call and the automated Msg. says " For English press #1". Why should i have to press #1
