Matt Kenseth entered the 2009 season with a lot of uncertainty. For the second time in as many seasons, he would have a new crew chief as Drew Blickensderfer took control of the No. 17 operation, replacing Chip Bolin. To say the team put their best foot forward to start the season would be an understatement.more

"I'm not going to answer that because it's not relevant"-Mike Krzyzewski
My broadcast career began in Portland, Ore., where I graduated from Mt. Hood Community College in 2002. My first radio gig was at Sports Radio 1080 the Fan in Portland. I produced the award-winning show Sports Saturday (OK, we didn't win any awards but it was darn good) and did 20/20 Sport Updates.
That led me to High Point, North Carolina in 2004 to start up 790 the Ball where I was program director and morning show host. I stayed in the heart of NASCAR for two years, building the station and getting entrenched in the Southern lifestyle.
All of that brings me here, to NASCAR.COM where I am so excited to be a part of such an amazing sport. My dad introduced me to NASCAR at a young age and I look forward to being involved on a daily basis.
Oh yeah, I'll get in some serious trouble if I don't mention the family. Happily married to my wife Marlene since 1998, we have an eight-year-old son Billy, who loves Tony Stewart; and a one-year-old daughter Kailynn who hasn't picked a driver yet.
