What is your least favorite word?
• Wait.

What turns you on?
• Intelligence. Unfortunately this leads to a great deal of self loathing.

What turns you off?
• People who don't dream big.

What sound do you love?
• The swish of a net in basketball.

What sound do you hate?
• The lawn guys showing up at 7 a.m. Saturday morning

What profession other than yours would you like to attempt?
• I'll run for office one day.

What profession would you not like to participate in?
• Marketing. I would say more, but the checks might stop coming.

What was the first car you owned?
• A brown 1980 Toyota Celica GT. When I bought the car my favorite aspect was the color. The moment I left the lot I thought it was red, but my sister Katie joyously corrected me; I'm color blind.

Which city is your favorite on the circuit?
• Miami, for the obvious reasons.

Most memorable race you've attended?
• The 2007 Daytona 500. Our sponsor's car -- the No. 07 Jack Daniel's Chevy -- crossed the checkered flag going 190 mph, upside down and on fire ... tough to beat that.

Most enduring memory of your career?
• Working with James Worthy. He was my idol growing up in Charlotte. It's a very strange and, in my case, rewarding thing to meet your idol.
