1. Power your Cingular Wireless Phone ON.
2. Select 'Text Messaging' or 'SMS' from your phone's menu.
3a. To register prior to a race, please type in text message 'RACE' and send it to phone number 191.
3b. If you are not registered prior to a race and would like to vote during the race, simply send in your poll answer to phone number 191 and you will automatically be registered.
4. Send the message.
5. You should receive a confirmation message directly to your handset that you are registered for Race Talk and will receive questions for the NASCAR scheduled race. (See schedule below)
