NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 and older at entry. Void where prohibited. By entering Contest, entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations. False or deceptive entries or acts render entrant ineligible.

Beginning February 19, 2003, eligible individuals may register for the Contest. Entrants must watch the Winston Cup Series races (individually "Race" and collectively, "Races") on the Fox and FX television networks. During each Race broadcast between February 23 and June 15, 2003, excluding The Winston on May 17, 2003, a special icon containing a number (the "Number") will appear on the screen during the first hour of the Race broadcast, as established on the broadcast schedule on NASCAR.com. Once the Number has appeared, entrants access either www.foxsports.com or www.nascar.com, click on the Contest banner and hotlinks located there, register for the Contest by providing name, email address, zip code and age. Entrant's choice of "favorite driver" will not affect entry. Entrants will be issued a password and must use it each time they access the Contest site to enter. Once registered, enter the Number as instructed. Entrants may enter one (1) time per Race. There are a total of fourteen (14) opportunities to enter. Entrants must enter the Number for each Race within two (2) hours of the start of the broadcast of the Race, as established on the broadcast schedule on NASCAR.com. Sponsors and North Carolina Speedway, Inc. are not responsible and may terminate online entry for any technical failures of any kind, failed network connections or failed, incomplete, or delayed computer transmissions. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible, correct entries received. Winner randomly selected by Sponsors, whose decisions are final and binding, on or about June 17, 2003. The winner will be announced during the June 22, 2003, broadcast of the Dodge/Save Mart 350.

One Grand Prize winner ("Winner") will receive the following: roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) from major metropolitan airport closest to Winner's hometown to Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina, a rental car of Sponsors' choice for three (3) days, three (3) nights accommodations in a hotel of Sponsors' choice in Rockingham, NC, and two (2) tickets to a NASCAR Winston Cup Series race at North Carolina Speedway in 2004. The Winner will give the "Gentleman Start Your Engines" call, ride in the pace car before the race, and wave the Checkered Flag at the end of the race. Approximate Market Value: $3,850 (airfare is estimated, prize value may change once airfare finalized). No substitution, transfer or cash redemption of prize permitted by winner. Sponsors reserve right to substitute prizes of like value in the event the described prize is unavailable for any reason. Winner responsible for all expenses not specifically included in Prize package (including travel to airport) and for the reporting and payment of all taxes. Grand Prize trip must be completed on date specified by Sponsors. Some restrictions apply.

Winner and guest are required to sign affidavits of eligibility, liability releases and use of name and likeness releases and return within 10 days or forfeit prize. Winner releases Sponsors, North Carolina Speedway, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, employees, directors and sponsors for, and such entities expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded. Contest subject to federal, state and local laws. Winner and guest, who must be at least 18 years of age, must travel together. Sponsors' sole discretion to select alternate winner where winner fails to comply with Rules or cannot travel on date specified by Sponsors.

Employees (and their immediate families and household members) of NASCAR, Fox Sports, Turner Sports Interactive, Inc. ("Sponsors") and North Carolina Speedway, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, franchisees and affiliated entities are not eligible to win prizes.
