WASTE MANAGEMENT PICKING UP PLACES AWARD SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS |

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or to win. The Waste Management Picking Up Places Award Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Waste Management and Turner Sports Interactive, Inc. ("TSI") (collectively the "Sponsors") or of the Sweepstakes Sponsors' parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers or retailers, advertising or promotion agencies (the "Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible, nor are members of such employee's families or households. Void wherever taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Sweepstakes rules ("Sweepstakes Rules"). Void wherever taxed, prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sweepstakes may not be used in connection with any form of gambling. 2. HOW TO ENTER/PLAY/WIN. The Sweepstakes is intended to promote Waste Management's Picking Up Places Award (the "Award"). The Sweepstakes runs from March 20 - June 8, 2003 ("Promotional Period"). Access the Nascar.com website at http//:www.nascar.com and follow the instructions to register for the Sweepstakes. Each entrant enters his/her prediction for which driver will win the Award for each Winston Cup event (separately, "Race") occurring during the Promotional Period. Entrants who correctly predict the winner of the Award for each Race will be placed into a pool from which an independent judging agency will randomly draw a weekly winner, on or about the following dates March 24, 2003, March 31, 2003, April 7, 2003, April 14, 2003, April 28, 2003, May 4, 2003, May 18, 2003, May 26, 2003, June 2, 2003, and June 9, 2003 respectively (collectively the "Weekly Winners"). In order to be eligible for the weekly drawing, entrants may submit their entries up until one hour prior to the television broadcast of each Race (according to the broadcast schedule on NASCAR.com). Entrants may enter one (1) time per Race. There are a total of ten (10) opportunities to enter. One (1) grand prize winner ("Grand Prize Winner") will be determined by random drawing from all Weekly Winners by an independent fulfillment agency on or about June 16, 2003 (collectively Weekly Winners and Grand Prize Winner are "the Winners"). LIMIT ONE (1) Weekly and/or Grand Prize per person. Any participant who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses or under multiple identities, or uses any other device to enter multiple times will be disqualified. All entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsors may prohibit any participant or potential participant from participating in the Sweepstakes, if at the sole discretion of Sponsors, such person shows a disregard for the Official Rules, or acts (1) in an unsportsmanlike manner; (2) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other participant, Sponsors, or their agents or representatives; or (3) in any other disruptive manner. 3. PRIZES. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a six (6) day/five (5) night trip for two (2) to Daytona Beach, Florida including the following: (i) round trip coach airfare for two (2) from Grand Prize Winner's nearest gateway airport to Daytona Beach, Fla.; (ii) intermediate (or equivalent) size rental car for five (5) days; two (2) tickets to the 2004 Daytona 500 NASCAR Race; and (iii) five(5) nights standard hotel accommodations at double occupancy. Approximate Market Value ("AMV") for the Grand Prize is Four Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($4,250.00). Ten (10) Weekly Winners will each receive one (1) hat and one (1) T-Shirt with an AMV of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00). Total AMV of Sweepstakes: Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or at such other address listed in their entry within fourteen (14) days of determination of Winners. The reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred by the Winners as a result of this Sweepstakes are the sole responsibility of the Winners. No alteration, substitution, or transfer of prizes or cash redemption permitted by Winners. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize(s) for cash of like value in the event the described prizes, or any portions thereof, are unavailable for any reason whatsoever. 4. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants grant Sponsors the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, roster names, city and state or residence, score, ranking, voice, pictures and likeness, without compensation, for the purpose of running the sweepstakes and grant all such rights to Sponsors for the purposes of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of Sponsors and all matters related to the Sweepstakes in any manner or medium, throughout the world in perpetuity. Sponsors and Sweepstakes Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility and participants agree to hold the Sponsors and Sweepstakes Entities harmless for liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the prizes awarded. Grand Prize Winner and guest will be required to sign affidavits of eligibility, liability releases and, except where prohibited by law, releases granting Sponsors the right to use their names, voices, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the services of Sponsors and all matters related to the Sweepstakes in any manner or medium, throughout the world in perpetuity. Grand Prize Winner and guest will be required to execute these documents and return them within ten (10) days. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate Winner(s) will be selected. In the event any Winner(s) declines his or her prize or fails to return completed releases, except where prohibited by law, Sponsors will select an alternate Winner(s). Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all expenses and taxes not included in the Grand Prize package, including, without limitation, meals, souvenirs, incidentals and other personal expenses. To be eligible to receive the Grand Prize, both Grand Prize Winner and guest must be at least 18 years of age, possess valid driver's licenses from one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and travel on dates determined by Sponsors. Sponsors and Sweepstakes Entities and their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsors that may cause Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, or from participation in either contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. If technical difficulties of any kind compromise the integrity or ability to continue on-line entry, Sponsors reserve the right to modify or terminate on-line entry. Where the Sweepstakes has been cancelled prior to stated expiration date, notice will be posted at NASCAR.com. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsors' control, which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsors reserve the right to award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. 5. CONSTRUCTION. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and Sponsors, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Georgia, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Georgia. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. 6.
