“Chase for the NEXTEL Cup” at CVS Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY Sweepstakes begins on September 4, 2005 and ends on October 1, 2005. Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States and is open to legal residents 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico. TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter. 1) Each time you use your CVS ExtraCare card from September 4 – October 1 at a participating CVS store to purchase any partners’ product(s) listed below, you will automatically get an entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one entry per store visit / purchase. To be sure your ExtraCare contact information is complete and current, please visit www.cvs.com. If you do not have a CVS ExtraCare card, you may get one at any CVS store at no charge. OR 2) To enter without purchase, on a 3.5” X 5” card or paper, legibly print your name, street address, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), daytime and evening phone number, and send to: CVS Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 481557, Charlotte, NC 28269. Entries must be post-marked by October 1, 2005 and received by October 7, 2005. Limit one entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for late, damaged, illegible, incomplete, lost, stolen, misdirected entries or postage-due mail. All entries become the exclusive property of CVS and will not be returned or acknowledged. Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about October 22, 2005. The drawing will be conducted by a third party independent judging organization. Odds of winning any prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received. 2. PRIZES: One (1) First Prize-A four (4) day three (3) night trip for four to a 2006 NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series race of your choice. Prize includes: round trip coach air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s residence to a major airport near race weekend location, two (2) hotel rooms double occupancy, four (4) general admission/grandstand tickets to each of the 2006 NASCAR-sanctioned races scheduled for that weekend (NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series and NASCAR Busch Series) and $10,000.00 cash for the winner. First Prize winner and guests must travel on dates chosen in 2006 or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner chosen. First prize winner and guests must all travel on the same itinerary. Once booked, air travel cannot be changed. Any expenses not mentioned are the sole responsibility of the winner. Approx. Retail Value (ARV) $15,800.00. One (1) Second Prize-$5,000.00 cash. (Goodyear is not a sponsor of the promotion and will not be liable for any fulfillment of the prizes.) ARV of $575.00. One (1) Sixth Prize-One (1) Kodak EasyShare V550 Digital Camera and Printer Dock Series 3. ARV $550.00. One (1) Seventh Prize-Free Domino’s Pizza for a year; 52 medium pizzas with ARV of $10.00. ARV $520.00. One (1) Eighth Prize-$500 CVS shopping spree. ARV $500.00. One (1) Ninth Prize-$500.00 credit from the NASCAR.COM Superstore. ARV $500.00. One (1) Tenth Prize- 2006 NASCAR-licensed EA Sports game, NASCAR® 06: Total Team Control and a NASCAR-licensed steering wheel. ARV $250.00. Total ARV of all 10 prizes to be awarded is $25,495.00. No cash alternative of any Prize will be offered. If any Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the U.S. who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, except employees and their immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of Sponsor, NASCAR, Inc., Retail Sports Marketing, Inc., Brand Builders, Inc., their affiliates or subsidiaries, their advertising agencies and any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of this promotion. Void where prohibited.

4. GENERAL: Potential Prize winners will be notified by phone and/or mail. Winners may make no transfer / substitution of Prize. Limit one Prize per family or household. All Prizes will be awarded. If Prize is won via an ExtraCare card purchase, it will be awarded to the primary account holder, regardless of whether joint cardholder/other party made a purchase. All potential Prize winners will be required to sign and execute an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release and return it within seven (7) days of attempted delivery. If Prize notification is undeliverable or not returned in the specified period of time, such Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. By accepting a Prize, winners hereby consent to the use of his/her name, voice, and/or likeness by the Sponsor or NASCAR, Inc. for advertising purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. A Form 1099 will be sent to winners of more than $600.00 in the year that the prize is claimed. Travel companions of the First Prize winner, or their parent or legal guardian if a minor, must sign a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. By entering the Sweepstakes, participant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and the decision of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. By entering the Sweepstakes, participant (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, NASCAR, Inc., CVS pharmacy, Inc., Retail Sports Marketing Inc., Brand Builders, Inc., International Speedway Corporation, Homestead-Miami Speedway, Nextel Communications Inc., Best Western International, Inc., The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, Eastman Kodak Company, Domino’s Pizza, Inc., Electronic Arts Inc., Turner Broadcasting Systems Inc., Kraft Foods Global, Inc., The Coca-Cola Company, The Gillette Company, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Masterfoods USA, Inc., its parents, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, agents, employees, advertising agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the Prize(s), including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, damage or loss. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error(s) in printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize/offer or in the administration of the promotion.

5. WINNERS LIST: For a list of the winners, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to be received by October 17, 2005 to: Chase for the Nextel Cup at CVS – WL, P.O. Box 481615, Charlotte, NC 28269. VT residents need not include postage on the envelope.
