![]() NASCAR STREET TOUR SWEEPSTAKES 1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NASCAR Street Tour Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, and with Internet access as of August 17, 2005. Employees and their immediate families (spouses, siblings, children, household members and the spouses and children of the foregoing) of Turner Sports Interactive, Inc. ("TSI") and Ford Motor Company ( the "Sponsors"), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies (the "Sweepstakes Entities"), the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, Inc. ("NASCAR") and its drivers, teams and properties and affiliated companies are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by all terms of the Official Rules and Regulations applicable thereto. Subject to all local, state and federal laws and regulations. Some restrictions apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. 2. HOW TO ENTER. The promotional period is from August 18, 2005 - November 10, 2005 (the "Promotional Period"). Beginning August 18, 2005, participants log on to www.nascar.com, click on the Sweepstakes banner or button and enter the Sweepstakes as follows: ("On-line Entry"): Participants, who are already members of NASCAR.com, enter login and password, and they will be sent directly to the Sweepstakes page. Participants, who are not members of NASCAR.com, must first register by entering their name, address, phone number, e-mail address and birth date, in addition to any other required information, and then they will be sent directly to the Sweepstakes page. On-line Entry ends at 5:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on November 10, 2005. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. During the Promotional Period, at certain NASCAR marketing events ("NASCAR Events") in the Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Las Vegas areas, participants can enter the Sweepstakes by using a computer system connected to the Internet located at the designated NASCAR booth. Entrants will be directed to www.nascar.com and will follow the same registration and entry process as noted above. In the event the computer system loses Internet connection at any of the NASCAR Events, participants may enter the Sweepstakes, at Sponsors' sole discretion, by completing an entry form, providing their name, address, phone number and e-mail address and placing the entry form in the designated entry box ("Manual Entries"). Manual Entries, if applicable, will be accepted up until the end of the specific NASCAR Event, which dates and time may vary for each NASCAR Event. All On-Line and Manual Entries, if applicable, must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the grand prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning entry. Limit one (1) entry per person throughout the entire Promotional Period regardless of method of entry. No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles accepted. Sponsors are not responsible for incomplete, misdirected, lost, late or illegible entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. False or deceptive entries or acts, as determined by Sponsors, will render the entrant ineligible. 3. HOW TO WIN. One (1) grand prize winner (the "Grand Prize Winner") will be selected on or about November 20, 2005 by random drawing conducted by an independent judging agency from among all the eligible entries received. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. The decisions of the independent judging agency will be final and binding. The winner will be notified by phone; email and/or mail and must meet all eligibility requirements including the execution and delivery of all necessary releases and documents. 4. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) 2006 Ford-F150 Supercab at an approximate retail value ("ARV") of Thirty One Thousand Four Hundred Forty Three Dollars ($31,443). Winner is responsible for the cost of any options selected. The reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred by the entrant as a result of this sweepstakes and any prize won are the sole responsibility of the entrant. No substitution or transfer of prize or cash redemptions permitted by winner, except as otherwise permitted herein. . Winner will be responsible for insurance on the vehicle and must present proof of insurance prior to delivery. Delivery will be made through a dealer chosen by Sponsor near the winner's residence. Winner is responsible for any expenses incurred with respect to delivery of vehicle. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of like value in the event the described prizes, or any portion thereof, are unavailable for any reason whatsoever. All prizes will be awarded. 5. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants grant Sweepstakes Entities and NASCAR the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, voices, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of the Sweepstakes Entities and NASCAR and all matters related to the Sweepstakes in any manner or medium, throughout the world in perpetuity. Winner may be required to sign affidavits of eligibility, tax acknowledgement forms, liability releases and, except where prohibited by law, use of name and likeness releases ("Winner Documents") and return within ten (10) days of issuance. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification. Return of the prize or prize notification as undeliverable, failure of Sponsors to contact winner based on contact information provided at registration, or failure of potential winner to respond to notification attempts will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected at the Sponsors' discretion. In the event a winner declines his or her prize or fails to return completed releases, Sponsors may elect, at their own discretion, to select an alternate winner. By entering, participants agree to release the Sweepstakes Entities and NASCAR from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity. The Sweepstakes Entities and NASCAR expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded. In the event more winner notifications are issued, or more winning prize claims are received, than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules due to computer, printing, seeding, human, or other error or problem, a random drawing will take place from all eligible prize claims for the prize(s) at issue to award the proper number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules. "NASCAR" AND "NASCAR.COM" are trademarks of the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, Inc. Sweepstakes Entities and NASCAR are also not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed software transmissions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes or damage to user's system as a result of participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. In the event of technical difficulties, sabotage, acts of God, computer virus, malfunction or other events or causes beyond the Sponsors' reasonable control which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, prizes will be awarded from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. Notice of cancellation will be posted at www.nascar.com. 6. CONSTRUCTION. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and Sweepstakes Entities, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. In any action brought to enforce the obligation or right of any party hereunder they consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in any court of appropriate jurisdiction in Fulton County, Georgia, USA. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
