The Race for the Coke Prediction Challenge ("Sweepstakes") is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 years or older, except employees, officers, directors, agents and shareholders (and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and household members (whether or not related)) of Turner Sports Interactive, Inc. and The Coca-Cola Company (collectively the "Sponsors"), Cottonwood Enterprises, Inc., their parents, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities (collectively, with the Sponsors, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), authorized bottlers of The Coca-Cola Company and the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, Inc. ("NASCAR") and its drivers, teams and properties. The Sweepstakes will be conducted and administered by Turner Sports Interactive, Inc. Void wherever prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations ("Official Rules").
HOW TO ENTER: From 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") September 14, 2007 through 11:59 PM ET November 18, 2007 (the "Promotional Period"), Sponsors will conduct a national Sweepstakes encouraging participants to enter for a chance to win a prize. To enter, during the Promotional Period, participants must log on to the Sweepstakes website, located at www.raceforthecoke.com and complete and submit the registration form, including their name, address, telephone number (including the area code), e-mail address (if any) and birth date ("Registration"). Once registered, entrants can log on each week and answer prediction-type questions. Points are given for each correct prediction. To be eligible all entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on November 18, 2007. All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning entry. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, illegible, undelivered, inaccurate or delayed entries, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems which may limit or affect a person's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing, electronic, network or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsors' control, which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsors reserve the right to award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit one (1) Registration per person or e-mail address.
HOW TO WIN: One Grand Prize Winner (the "Grand Prize Winner") and forty-six (46) Weekly Prize Winners (the "Weekly Winner(s)") will be chosen during the Promotional Period.
Weekly Prizes: Each week of the Promotional Period, the entrants will be ranked from first to last, based on total points accumulated that week. For the first nine (9) weeks of the Promotional Period, the top five point earners will win a weekly prize. For the tenth (10th) week of the Promotional Period, the single highest point earner will win a weekly prize.
Grand Prize: The entrants will be ranked from first to last, based on the total number of points accumulated during the Promotional Period. Then, the Grand Prize Winner will be randomly chosen from among the top one-hundred (100) point earners.
Winners will be chosen by Cottonwood Enterprises, Inc., an independent agency ("Agency"), each week during the Promotional Period with the Grand Prize Winner being selected on or around November 30, 2007. The decision of Agency will be final and binding in all matters. If a tie exists for the Weekly Prizes or the Grand Prize, the Winner of that prize will be chosen by random drawing from among the tied entrants. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received each week during the Promotional Period. The Winners will be confirmed by U.S. mail, e-mail and/or telephone and must meet all eligibility requirements including the timely execution and return of all necessary releases and documents (if any) required by Sponsors.
PRIZES: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a four (4) day/ three (3) night trip to the 2008 Coca-Cola 600 race in Charlotte, North Carolina for two (2) people, at an approximate market value ("AMV") of Five Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($5,900.00). The potential Grand Prize Winner must verify his or her eligibility to take the Grand Prize trip Friday, May 23, 2008 to Monday, May 26, 2008 or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. The Grand Prize includes the following: (a) round trip coach class airfare from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner's residence to a Charlotte, North Carolina area airport at Sponsors' discretion; (b) Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) spending money for the Grand Prize Winner only; (c) double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) (one (1) room) at a hotel in the Charlotte area for three (3) nights (at the sole discretion of Sponsors); (d) two (2) tickets to the Coca-Cola 600 NASCAR races (Busch race and Cup race); (e) transportation to and from hotel/track (Saturday and Sunday); (f) VIP amenities on Sunday, May 22, 2008 which include, entrance to the Coca-Cola hospitality tent; catered lunch and dinner; escorted pre-race pit tour; admittance to race day show with Coca-Cola driver appearances, and (g) a gift bag with Coca-Cola and NASCAR souvenirs and a 2008 Coca-Cola souvenir program. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly provided for above, including additional ground transportation, additional meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, other personal expenses and hotel charges incurred during the trip. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsors' agent on a carrier of Sponsors' choice and trip must be booked a minimum of forty-five (45) days in advance. Sponsor is not responsible for any travel related delays or cancellations. Grand Prize Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. All prize details are at Sponsors' sole discretion.
Weekly Prizes:
Weeks 1 - 5: Twenty-five (25) Weekly Winners will each receive a 20% off coupon that can be redeemed for merchandise at the NASCAR.com superstore.
Weeks 6 - 9: Twenty (20) Weekly Winners will each receive a coupon for NASCAR.com's TrackPass with an AMV of Eighty Dollars ($80.00) each; One Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($1,600.00) total.
Week 10: One (1) Weekly Winner will receive a NASCAR gift pack, at an AMV of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00).
The total AMV of the Sweepstakes is Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($7,800.00).
No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted by the Winner(s). Sponsors reserve the right to substitute for any reason whatsoever a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at their sole discretion. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. The Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes (if any) as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS: By entering this Sweepstakes, participants grant Sweepstakes Entities and their designees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, cities and states of residences, voices, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, notification or approval, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of the Sweepstakes Entities and all matters related to the Sweepstakes, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity. Grand Prize Winner's travel companion must be a legal US resident and of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least age 18) unless Grand Prize Winner is such guest's parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize Winner's travel companion (or, if a minor, Grand Prize Winner on behalf of travel companion) will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to ticketing. Winners may each be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, tax acknowledgment form and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release and return within five (5) business days of issuance of notification. Noncompliance within this time period or failure of potential winner to respond to three (3) notification attempts may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. If: (i) any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, (ii) a potential Winner declines his or her prize, (iii) the potential Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel on dates approved by Sponsor or (iv) a potential Winner fails to comply with any of the Official Rules as outlined herein, such potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing at the Sponsors' sole discretion. The Sweepstakes Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility and entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims, actions, demands and/or liability for injury, damage or loss whatsoever relating to or arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes (regardless of the cause of such injury, damage or loss) and/or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the prizes awarded (including any travel or activity related thereto).
