Gaughan completes Texas three-peat
Brendan Gaughan became just the second driver in NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series history to win three consecutive races at the same racetrack Friday when he won the O'Reilly 400 at Texas Motor Speedway.

Gaughan, who won the O'Reilly 400 and Silverado 350 in 2002, took the lead from Carl Edwards with five laps to go and ran away from the field for the victory.

Edwards and his Roush Racing teammate, Jon Wood, rounded out the top three.

Gaughan, whose three NCTS victories all came at Texas, won despite having a pair of tough pit stop during which he got blocked in trying to exit. More
