| Sunday's Pontiac Excitement 400 at Richmond was paced by Pontiac and exciting to the extreme.
Taking advantage of a strange twist of events that wiped out leader Ricky Rudd, Tony Stewart passed Ryan Newman with 28 laps left to complete a last-to-first run over two days.
The race, originally scheduled for Saturday night, was postponed after 66 laps because of heavy rain.
