Daniel Suárez is in his sixth season in the NASCAR Cup Series and his second driving for Trackhouse Racing, a team co-owned by Justin Marks and music star, Pitbull. Suárez became the first Mexican-born driver to win a Cup Series race by winning at Sonoma Raceway on June 12, 2022, in his 195th start. He won the Xfinity Series Sunoco Rookie of the Year award in 2015 and followed that by winning the series championship the next season.
