Lap 200 -- CHECKERED FLAG: Ryan Blaney tries, but he just can't catch Kevin Harvick for the victory. Ricky Stenhouse Jr. finishes fourth to Elliott Sadler's 12th. They're now tied atop the point standings. Entering pit road after the race, Denny Hamlin drives Austin Dillon into the inside retaining wall. A heated discussion ensues.

Lap 197 -- Elliott Sadler is barely hanging on to his car, evidently.

Lap 195 -- Ryan Blaney is 1.4 seconds behind leader Kevin Harvick. Go boy! Go!

Lap 193 -- Ryan Blaney blasts past Kyle Busch for second place in Turn 4.

Lap 192 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. is in fourth, Elliott Sadler in 10th and still falling. This is making the championship battle interesting!

Lap 190 -- Ten laps to go. Elliott Sadler is dropping back through the top 10 after the restart.

Lap 187 -- Kevin Harvick leads Kyle Busch by 7/10ths of a second.

Lap 183 -- Austin Dillon tries to shove his car into traffic in Turn 4, and very nearly loses control.

Lap 182 -- Kevin Harvick clears Kyle Busch for the lead coming off Turn 2.

Lap 181 -- GREEN FLAG: Kevin Harvick, Kyle Busch, Sam Hornish Jr., Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Joey Logano are the leaders on the restart. Stenhouse laid back big time on the restart. Busch and Harvick remain side by side for the entire lap.

Lap 178 -- Denny Hamlin, Ryan Blaney, Justin Allgaier and Austin Dillon are pitting under the caution.

Lap 176 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 5: Joe Nemechek pops the wall in Turns 3 and 4.

Lap 174 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. clears Joey Logano for fourth place in Turn 4.

Lap 173 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. dives under Joey Logano for fourth place, but can't make the move stick.

Lap 172 -- Kevin Harvick leads Kyle Busch by 7/10ths of a second.

Lap 170 -- Thirty laps to go.

Lap 169 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. is still not handling very well. He's back in sixth place.

Lap 167 -- Danica Patrick had a slow stop under the caution, and is now running in 14th place.

Lap 166 -- Kyle Busch loses a little bit of ground to leader Kevin Harvick.

Lap 164 -- Kyle Busch is looking low under Kevin Harvick in Turn 2.

Lap 162 -- Kevin Harvick and Kyle Busch blow by Denny Hamlin like he was sitting still between Turns 3 and 4.

Lap 160 -- There's a huge scramble following the restart.

Lap 159 -- GREEN FLAG: Denny Hamlin, Ryan Blaney, Justin Allgaier and Austin Dillon did not pit. They are the leaders on the restart. Ryan Newman took no tires, and is fifth.

Lap 156 -- Most of the leaders pit.

Lap 154 -- YELLOW FLAG: Joey Gase loses control of his car in Turn 3.

Lap 147 -- After the cycle of pit stops, the leaders are Kevin Harvick, Joey Logano, Kyle Busch, Danica Patrick and Elliott Sadler.

Lap 145 -- Austin Dillon stops.

Lap 144 -- Joey Logano, Kevin Harvick, Elliott Sadler and Sam Hornish Jr. are pitting.

Lap 143 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. is making his stop.

Lap 142 -- Kevin Harvick and Joey Logano are both trying to stretch their fuel mileage.

Lap 140 -- It looks like Joey Logano might be gaining on Kevin Harvick.

Lap 139 -- Denny Hamlin is pitting.

Lap 137 -- The right-front tire on Danica Patrick's car was torn to shreds. She was lucky to get back to pit road!

Lap 135 -- Cole Whitt and Danica Patrick have both made pit stops. Patrick had a tire going down.

Lap 134 -- Denny Hamlin has reported debris on the backstretch.

Lap 133 -- Joey Logano has not been able to gain any ground on leader Kevin Harvick.

Lap 132 -- There's a problem reported on Mike Wallace's car.

Lap 130 -- Seventy laps to go. Kevin Harvick leads Joey Logano by 1.6 seconds.

Lap 128 -- Sam Hornish Jr. goes three wide under Danica Patrick and a lapped car going into Turn 1 to take fifth place.

Lap 126 -- Joey Logano now trails Kevin Harvick by 1.7 seconds.

Lap 125 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. is now in 10th place.

Lap 122 -- Danica Patrick says that it's cool to be able to see the leaders. Her crew responds by telling her to go get 'em!

Lap 120 -- Joey Logano has taken over second place.

Lap 117 -- After his miscue on pit road earlier, Sam Hornish Jr. has driven from 21st on the restart up to sixth place.

Lap 116 -- Kevin Harvick leads Kyle Busch by 1.2 seconds.

Lap 114 -- Joey Logano tries to pull alongside Kyle Busch for second on the backstretch, but can't make the move stick.

Lap 113 -- Joey Logano has driven past Elliott Sadler for third place, and he's pressuring Kyle Busch for second.

Lap 111 -- Brian Scott is having a decent night back in eighth place, despite being checked for damage earlier in the event.

Lap 106 -- Whoops. Kevin Harvick has been able to widen the gap back to second-place Kyle Busch to 1.7 seconds.

Lap 104 -- Kyle Busch's pursuit of Kevin Harvick has evened out for the time being.

Lap 102 -- Danica Patrick takes fifth place from Cole Whitt.

Lap 100 -- Crossed flags! The race has reached the halfway point.

Lap 99 -- Kyle Busch is closing fast on Kevin Harvick for the lead.

Lap 97 -- Kyle Busch has regained second place, past Elliott Sadler.

Lap 95 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. has picked up four spots since the restart, and is now shown in 10th place.

Lap 93 -- Elliott Sadler briefly gets a fender ahead of Kevin Harvick for the lead, but Harvick is able to hold him off.

Lap 91 -- Kyle Busch clears for the lead, but his car bottoms out and Kevin Harvick goes back to the top of the leaderboard.

Lap 90 -- GREEN FLAG: Kevin Harvick, Kyle Busch, Elliott Sadler, Cole Whitt and Joey Logano are the leaders. Harvick is clear in Turn 1 for the top spot, but Busch gets a run to the outside in Turn 4.

Lap 86 -- Wow! Jason Bowles' car developed a small fire behind the right-front tire that had to be extinguished.

Lap 85 -- The leaders hit pit road for a second time under caution Saturday night. Running sixth, Sam Hornish Jr. missed his pit box and had to back up before getting his Dodge serviced.

Lap 83 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 3: Jason Bowles has brushed the wall in Turn 2.

Lap 81 -- Cole Whitt has dropped Kyle Busch to fourth place.

Lap 80 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. is now all the way back to 13th place.

Lap 79 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr.'s in-car camera shows him sawing his steering wheel big time back and forth in the turns. He's way loose!

Lap 77 -- It's Kevin Harvick's turn to dominate. He's now 2.2 seconds in front of second-place Elliott Sadler.

Lap 75 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. is not having a good night, either. He's in 10th place and falling.

Lap 74 -- Ryan Blaney and Sam Hornish Jr. have dropped Joey Logano all the way back to seventh place.

Lap 72 -- Elliott Sadler flies by Kyle Busch for second place on the frontstretch. So much for Busch being on a rail.

Lap 70 -- Sprint Cup regular Ryan Newman isn't having a spectacular night so far. He's back in 15th place, 13.2 seconds behind leader Kevin Harvick.

Lap 69 -- Danica Patrick is now scored in 10th place.

Lap 66 -- NASCAR is checking the right side of Brian Scott's car for damage.

Lap 64 -- Kevin Harvick has caught Kyle Busch for the top spot, and he becomes just the second leader of the event.

Lap 63 -- Denny Hamlin is in sixth place.

Lap 62 -- Elliott Sadler slides by Joey Logano for third place.

Lap 61 -- Ryan Blaney is going after his Penske Racing teammate Sam Hornish Jr. for seventh place.

Lap 59 -- Kyle Busch is on a rail so far tonight. His lead over Kevin Harvick is now up to 1.2 seconds.

Lap 57 -- Johanna Long slowed on the backstretch and had to coast around the track before making it to pit road. She says on the radio that her shifter handle broke off.

Lap 56 -- Cole Whitt is stalking Elliott Sadler for fourth place.

Lap 55 -- Kenny Wallace is still hanging on to a spot in the top 10.

Lap 53 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. is in eighth place, but don't count him out. Roush Fenway Racing has won the last four races here.

Lap 51 -- Kevin Harvick is still running the high line. Whether that's by choice or just how his car is handling remains to be seen!

Lap 50 -- GREEN FLAG: Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick, Joey Logano, Elliott Sadler and Cole Whitt are the leaders on the restart. Busch is clear for the lead, again well before he gets to Turn 1.

Lap 48 -- Austin Dillon is shown in 35th place. He'll likely take the wave around to get back on the lead lap.

Lap 47 -- The leaders are on pit road.

Lap 45 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 2: There's debris on the backstretch.

Lap 43 -- Austin Dillon is pitting.

Lap 42 -- Joey Logano finally gets position on Elliott Sadler for third place between Turns 1 and 2.

Lap 41 -- Joey Logano is still working Elliott Sadler hard for third place.

Lap 39 -- Joey Logano gets a run on Elliott Sadler coming off Turn 2, but he can't make the move stick. That's a battle for third.

Lap 37 -- Sam Hornish Jr. has made his way into fifth place.

Lap 35 -- Kyle Busch is now just two or three car lengths ahead of second-place Kevin Harvick.

Lap 34 -- Kevin Harvick is now in second place, and he's catching Kyle Busch!

Lap 32 -- Kenny Wallace is having a good run Saturday night. He's in ninth place at the moment.

Lap 30 -- Kyle Busch's advantage over Elliott Sadler now stands at 1.2 seconds.

Lap 29 -- The top five are currently Kyle Busch, Elliott Sadler, Kevin Harvick, Joey Logano and Ricky Stenhouse Jr..

Lap 26 -- Kyle Busch just radioed his crew to say that the team's Toyota is really good right now. Well ... yeah. That's one way to put it!

Lap 25 -- Kyle Busch's lead over Elliott Sadler continues to grow.

Lap 23 -- According to ESPN, Kyle Busch has now led twice as many laps at Texas as any other driver. He has five victories here in Nationwide Series competition.

Lap 22 -- Joey Logano blows by Ricky Stenhouse Jr. for fourth place.

Lap 20 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. looks under Kevin Harvick for third place, but can't get the spot.

Lap 18 -- GREEN FLAG: Kyle Busch Elliott Sadler, Kevin Harvick, Joey Logano and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. are the leaders on the restart. Busch is clear for the lead well before he gets to the stripe.

Lap 16 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. did not maintain his speed when he faked a move to pit road, so he's being placed behind Joey Logano in the running order. That moves him to fifth place.

Lap 15 -- There are a few takers on pit road, but none of them are among the frontrunners at this point.

Lap 13 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 1: Hal Martin brushes the wall in Turn 2.

Lap 12 -- Running the high line around the track, Kevin Harvick has had the fastest lap for the last three circuits around this 1.5-mile facility.

Lap 11 -- Kyle Busch now has a lead of 1.6 seconds over Elliott Sadler.

Lap 9 -- Kevin Harvick clears Ricky Stenhouse Jr. for third place.

Lap 7 -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. grabs third place from Kevin Harvick, but then Harvick comes right back after him for the position.

Lap 5 -- Joey Logano gets past Austin Dillon for fifth place.

Lap 4 -- Kyle Busch has opened up a little bit of a cushion over second-place Elliott Sadler early on.

Lap 3 -- There's a report of smoke off one of the cars in Turn 3, but the track is clear.

Lap 2 -- Elliott Sadler is sticking right with leader Kyle Busch.

Lap 1 -- GREEN FLAG: The race gets under way at 7:48 p.m. ET. Pole-sitter Kyle Busch clears for the lead going into Turn 1.

7:41 p.m. ET -- The pace car is beginning to ease off pit road for the start of what should be three pace laps.

7:39 p.m. ET -- Ian Nelson of Groovy Automotive gives the command to fire engines.

7:33 p.m. ET -- The KC Flight and Falcon Flight Team do the fly-over.

7:32 p.m. ET -- The 77th Army Band from Fort Sill, Oklahoma plays the national anthem.

7:31 p.m. ET -- The US Army Reserve 1st Brigade, 95th Division presents the colors. Moments later, the invocation is given by Texas Motor Speedway Chaplain Father Jay Atwood.

7:19 p.m. ET -- NASCAR is conducting its weekly radio check. Loud and clear, tower!

7:12 p.m. ET -- ESPN is featuring a segment on Johanna Long right now. Good deal!

7 p.m. ET -- ESPN's pre-race coverage has started.

6:40 p.m. ET -- Chase Miller, Timmy Hill, Jennifer Jo Cobb and Morgan Shepherd failed to qualify for the event.

6:35 p.m. ET -- Kyle Busch is on the pole with a lap of 183.051 mph. Elliott Sadler qualified second, followed by Kevin Harvick, Austin Dillon and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. in the top five. Cole Whitt, Joey Logano, Danica Patrick, Denny Hamlin and Kenny Wallace rounded out the top 10.

8 a.m. ET -- Qualifying for the O'Reilly Challenge Nationwide Series event at Texas is set to begin at 4:05 p.m. ET.
