Roscoe, Ill. native Danica Patrick returned home to Chicago on Tuesday night to take in an NHL playoff game and take part in "Shoot the Puck."
During the second intermission of the Chicago Blackhawks game, Patrick took the ice and promptly put her first shot in the net. See below.

Patrick said it was her first time at the United Center for a Blackhawks game, but it wasn't the first time that she had seen the team play in person.
She recalled dropping the puck at a Blackhawks-St. Louis Blues game while racing in the Nationwide Series at Gateway International Raceway.
Patrick brought her hometown team good luck as they defeated the Minnesota Wild 2-1 in overtime in the Game 1 of the Western Conference Quarterfinal.
Next Tuesday and Wednesday, Patrick's Stewart-Haas Racing teammate Ryan Newman returns to her home state. The No. 39 driver and team will participate in a Goodyear Tire test at Chicagoland Speedway along with Greg Biffle, Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick, Jimmie Johnson and Jamie McMurray.
Patrick's team owner, Tony Stewart, is participating in a Goodyear test this week at Indianapolis Motor Speedway with Trevor Bayne, Kurt Busch, Jeff Gordon, Brad Keselowski and Mark Martin.
