After winning his second Daytona 500 on Sunday night, Dale Earnhardt Jr. said: "I'm looking forward to the entire week. You just don't get to do this every week. I'm going to really embrace this whole experience. I won't be home for a while, but it will be well worth it. I think I'll have some fun even throughout the process."

True to his word, Earnhardt Jr. rose Monday morning to meet media and fans at Daytona International Speedway for the Daytona 500 Champion's Breakfast.

Check out some of the media stops on his schedule for the rest of the week before heading to Phoenix International Raceway for the second NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race of the season on Sunday at 3 p.m. ET on FOX.
