NASCAR Enterprises, LLC (“NASCAR”), its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, advisors and agents (the “NASCAR Parties”, “we”, and “us” or “our”) operate a number of racing venues where NASCAR events are held (“NASCAR Tracks”), their respective websites, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you interact with the Services that link to this Privacy Statement. Information We Collect
Information You Provide to Us. We collect certain Information directly from you when you use our Services, including when you contact us, purchase tickets or merchandise, sign up for one of our newsletters or text message alerts, join as a member, or register for We will collect Information from you in order to provide these services, including your: name, username and password, e-mail address, billing address, shipping information, date of birth, phone number, credit card number and expiration date, the contents of any message or attachments that you send to us, and other Information that you choose to provide.
Certain features on our Services also allow you to submit Information about other people. For example, you may submit a person’s name and e-mail address to send an electronic greeting card and, if you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you might submit the recipient’s name and address. This Information may include, for instance, a recipient’s name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number.

We, and our service providers and advertising partners, which include advertising networks and platforms, agencies, analytics/reporting vendors, platform and infrastructure monitoring vendors, and cloud service providers, use automated means to collect various types of Information about you, your computer or other device used to access the Services. Who We Share Your Information With
We may share your Information with the following entities:
- Related Entities. We may disclose the Information we collect about you to our related entities, affiliates and subsidiaries so they can provide, improve, and communicate with you about their own, or their marketing partners,’ products, platforms, and services.
- Service Providers. We disclose the Information we collect about you to third-party vendors, contractors or agents who perform functions on our behalf. Each Service Provider is contractually obligated to provide services to us in a manner consistent with this Privacy Statement.
- Sponsors. We may disclose the Information we collect about you to third party sponsors that wish to market their products or services to you.
- Advertising Partners. We may disclose Information with our “Advertising Partners,” which are companies that that we work with to help us deliver personalized advertising to you, including our advertising networks and platforms, agencies, and other AdTech partners. We may also share your IP address, device ID and cookie identifiers with the Advertising Partners that collaborate with us to provide personalized ads to you. If you wish to opt out from such sharing, you may do so by visiting our privacy portal.
We may also share your Information in the following circumstances:
- Business Transfers. If (i) we or our affiliates are or may be acquired by, merged with, or invested in by another company, or (ii) if any of our assets are or may be transferred to another company, whether as part of a bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding or otherwise, we may transfer the information we have collected from you to the other company. - Aggregate and De-Identified Information. When you use our Services, we may share aggregate or de-identified Information about users with third parties for any lawful purpose.

We, and our Service Providers and Advertising Partners, use cookies or other common tracking technologies to offer you products, content, offerings, or services that may be of interest to you and to deliver relevant advertising based on your interests on the Services, an affiliate’s website, or third-party websites or applications that you visit.
We, and our Service providers and Advertising Partners, use cookies or other common tracking technologies to manage and measure the performance of advertisements displayed on or delivered by or through the Services and/or other networks or sites. This also helps us, as well as our Advertising Partners, provide more relevant advertising to you. The use of these technologies by our Advertising Partners is subject to their own privacy policies and is not covered by this Privacy Statement.
Disabling Cookies. Most web browsers are set up to accept cookies. You may elect to refuse cookies, but certain Services functions or access may not be available if you choose to do so. Please refer to your browser “Help” instructions to learn more about cookies and the proper way to modify your cookie settings.
Web Beacons. We may also use “web beacons,” also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs, or similar technologies, which are small pieces of code placed on a web page or in an email, to monitor the behavior and collect data about the visitors viewing a web page or email from us. For example, web beacons may provide information to us about your activity on the Services (e.g., pages visited, links clicked), as well as to count the users who visit a web page or to deliver a cookie to the browser of a visitor viewing that page. We may also use web beacons to provide us with information on the effectiveness of our email campaigns (e.g., open rates, clicks, forwards, etc.).

The tools provided on the DAA opt-out pageand the EDAA site are provided by third parties, not by us. We do not control or operate these tools or the choices that advertisers and others provide through these tools.
PLEASE NOTE: Certain choices you make through these platforms may be browser-specific or device-specific. If you erase or otherwise alter your browser’s cookie file (including upgrading certain browsers), or use a new or different computer, you may need to opt out again.
Opting out via this method does not prevent the use of cookies or similar tracking tools that are necessary for the operation of the Services or other legitimate purposes unrelated to serving interest-based ads. Information may still be collected about your web browsing activities for these other purposes. While you will not receive ads based on your interests derived from your online behavior, you will still see advertising, including contextual ads that are based on the content of the Services pages you visit.
The Services are generally not intended for use by children. Our child-directed services are covered by our NASCAR Kids' Privacy Policy. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected information from a child under the age of 13, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
We do not knowingly “sell” or “share” for targeted advertising the of minors under 17 years old.
What Are Your Rights and Choices?
Your right to make informed decisions about information collection is important to us.
Opting Out of Marketing Communications. We may send periodic promotional emails to you. You may request to be removed from the Services’ e-mail subscription list by updating your preferences in your account settings . You may also unsubscribe from any e-mail subscription by following the unsubscribe procedures set forth in each e-mail. If you opt-out of receiving promotional emails, we may still send you emails about your account or any services you have requested or received from us. To stop receiving text messages, reply “STOP” to any message.
Changing or updating Account Information. We ask that you keep your Information as up to date as possible so you may get the maximum benefit from the Services. You can change or update certain Information that you have given us by logging into your personal account to make the necessary changes.
Deletion of Information: You have the right to request that we delete the Information we have collected about you. If you would like us to delete Information about you, please submit your request to our privacy portal.
We have put into place technical, organizational and administrative procedures designed to help prevent unauthorized access to or use of your information, and to the security of the Services and the Information. These safeguards vary based on the sensitivity of the Information that we collect and store.
The Internet can be 100% secure. Although we take reasonable measures designed to safeguard against unauthorize disclosures of Information, we cannot guarantee the security of any Information you provide to us.
Please take steps to keep your account credentials secure and do not reuse passwords across multiple websites/accounts. You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials and the activities that occur under your account.
Third Party Sites and Linked Services
The Services may contain links to other websites, or you may have arrived at the Services from websites, which are operated by entities other than us. Any access to and use of such linked websites is not governed by this Privacy Statement but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party websites.

Our agreements with third parties include standard contractual clauses that are approved by the Commission and otherwise make clear the standards that we expect from them in order to protect your Information and legal rights. You have the right to receive a copy of the standard contractual clauses.
Users located in Brazil: Third parties with whom we share your data may be located outside Brazil, and the processing of your Information may involve the transfer of data to places outside Brazil. Our agreements with third parties include standard or specific data protection contractual clauses and otherwise make clear the standards that we expect from them in order to protect your Information and legal rights.
Legal Basis For Processing Information
The legal basis for our processing of your Information is generally because: (a) you have consented to our processing of such Information, (b) it is necessary for us to perform our contractual obligations, (c) it is necessary for us to comply with legal and/or regulatory requirements and/or (d) it is in our legitimate interests (e.g., we may use information for marketing, sales and customer service activities, to improve the Services and to support our IT security efforts).
