AJ Allmendinger moved into contention for the 2014 Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup after winning at Watkins Glen International on Sunday.
Allmendinger moved up to 12th in the standings with his first win in 213 career starts on the Sprint Cup circuit.
Seven drivers have multiple wins this season and are in the 16-team playoff field -- assuming they attempt to qualify for the next four races -- including: points leader Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jimmie Johnson, Brad Keselowski, Kevin Harvick, Jeff Gordon, Carl Edwards and Joey Logano.
