No. 43 front tire changer injured, replacement tapped for Vegas

LAS VEGAS -- Josh Frankos, the front tire changer of the No. 43 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 driven by Darrell "Bubba" Wallace Jr, suffered a hand injury Sunday morning while preparing for the Pennzoil 400 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Frankos was transported to a local medical center for treatment.
