Hyped-up Kurt Busch cranks Vegas Golden Knights siren at Stanley Cup Final

@kurtbusch

For most of Kurt Busch's life, his hometown of Las Vegas was devoid of any major league professional sports. So when, at the age of 39, you finally get to root for a hometown franchise -- and it somehow makes the Stanley Cup Finals in its first year of existence -- you get super, super hyped, apparently. https://twitter.com/NASCARonNBC/status/1002014147553431557 I mean, who can blame him? The 2017-18 expansion team Vegas Golden Knights, based on the history of basically every expansion team ever, should have no business being in the playoffs, much less battling for the Stanley Cup -- but they are. It's one of the best overall sports stories of the century thus far, win or lose. So, of course, Busch is pumped up. https://twitter.com/KurtBusch/status/1001946919822913536 https://twitter.com/KurtBusch/status/1001995793748938754 We're happy for Busch (though his antics didn't spark a win for the team, as it lost to the Washington Capitals, 3-2.) And we're even happier that all of this has resulted in this great, new "Super Hype Kurt" meme. https://twitter.com/KurtBusch/status/1002041637516738567
