Chase Cabre transported to hospital after K&N East race at Bristol

Chase Cabre was transported to a local hospital following Thursday evening's NASCAR K&N Pro Series East race at Bristol Motor Speedway, according to NASCAR HomeTracks. Following the race, Cabre, who is a member of NASCAR's Drive for Diversity Class of 2019, was able to exit his No. 4 Rev Racing Toyota under his own power, but immediately received medical attention for lower back pain.
