Reddick is the defending race winner of Sunday's FireKeepers Casino 400 (2 p.m. ET, Prime Video, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio). He had qualified 12th in the 36-car field, earning that spot after being slowed by a flat tire in practice, an incident that prompted his No. 45 team to work on the rear diffuser.
No. 45 crew chief Billy Scott said on the pre-race grid that the team had to replace a worn strake on the diffuser, making other repairs underneath the car to make it race-ready.
Reddick enters Sunday's 400-miler ranked sixth in the Cup Series standings. He is still in search of his first victory of the season, having gone six consecutive races without a top-five finish.
