Ryan Blaney wins Busch Light Pole Award for EchoPark Speedway night race

Ryan Blaney will lead the field to green for Sunday evening's NASCAR Cup Series race at EchoPark Speedway (7 p.m. ET, TNT Sports, truTV, HBO Max, PRN Radio, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio).
The 2023 series titleholder and driver of the No. 12 Team Penske Ford put down the quickest single lap around the 1.54-mile drafting track with a 179.912 mph circuit to score his 14th career Busch Light Pole Award.

Blaney's teammate Joey Logano will start on the front row with him after a 179.702 mph lap. Kyle Larson (179.406 mph), Austin Dillon (179.394 mph) and Daniel Suárez (179.359 mph) completed the top five. Alex Bowman (179.226 mph), Chase Elliott (179.203 mph), Austin Cindric (179.191 mph), Ross Chastain (178.977 mph) and Brad Keselowski (178.729 mph) rounded out the top 10 for Sunday's lineup.
The hotly contested battle for the regular season title will begin toward the back at EchoPark as points leader Denny Hamlin will start 28th, while Tyler Reddick will roll off 31st.
