After starting second, Kyle Larson rocketed out front and paced the first 35 laps in the NASCAR Cup Series Chase race at Kansas Speedway, leading at the scheduled competition caution (Live on USA Network, HBO Max, MRN Radio, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio). The competition caution came after practice and qualifying were washed out Saturday ahead of the Hollywood Casino 400, the fourth of 10 postseason races in The Chase presented by Mobil 1. RELATED: Live leaderboard | At-track photos Austin Cindric ran second, followed by Denny Hamlin, pole starter Joey Logano and William Byron. Carson Hocevar, Bubba Wallace, Josh Berry, Chase Elliott and Christopher Bell rounded out the top 10 at the yellow. Of note, Tyler Reddick dropped from a 15th-place start down to 34th over the first stint of the race, but stayed on the lead lap. This story will be updated.
