A week after a crushing defeat to Layne Riggs, Kaden Honeycutt avenged himself at Phoenix Raceway, leading every green-flag lap in the final stage to win Friday's Craftsman Truck Series Chase race in Arizona. Honeycutt earned his fourth career win and his second in The Chase presented by Mobil 1, unofficially extending his series lead to 39 over Riggs. Ty Majeski led 49 laps and swept the stages, but settled for fourth. Jake Garcia finished fifth, with William Sawalich, Daniel Hemric, Gio Ruggiero, Grant Enfinger and Brent Crews rounding out the top 10. Chandler Smith, who entered the race third in points, finished 15th after a pit-road penalty for too many men over the wall after Stage 2. Just one caution came out for an incident. Ben Rhodes had a flat tire on the final lap of Stage 2, showering debris onto the racing surface, forcing a half-lap premature ending to the segment. The Truck Series returns next Friday at Talladega Superspeedway (4 p.m. ET, FS1, FOX One, NASCAR Racing Network, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio). This story will be updated.
